Wouldn’t bother

First withdrawl went completely fine second withdrawl I’m still waiting and all they say is “sorry for the inconvenience” “sorry for the delay” I believe they just hold onto customers withdrawls hoping they will go away I understand they get busy but they are so incompetent it’s frustrating I will be reporting to the gambling commission also, 3 days I’ve been told it’s processing then now I’ve been told it’s waiting to be processed they just chat waffle and hope people just go away

They stole £280 pounds from my autistic sons mobile account and point blank refuse to return it they are a fraud . And as such were reported as fraudsters to the police . Yhey also seem to mske the recovery system so complicated that youll want to give up

Pending withdrawal

Ive been playing here since November and never had a problem until now, I've won big amounts and had them withdrew within hours to my bank account, I withdrew £2000 on the 09/02/24 and it was pending for ages, so I got in touch with them, had a phonecall and thought everything was fine, yet my money still wasn't released, so I sent all the documents needed, and yet still not been reviewed, I keep getting onto customer service and keep getting told the are backed up and will be viewed in the shortest time, definitely a joke! Will update if it ever gets released to me!

Downloaded this site was possibly the worst decision I've ever made. Should have read the reviews.
They will allow unlimited deposits by debit card but when you attempt to withdraw apparently this isn't possible by the same method, obviously no mention of this in their terms. Absolutely diabolical customer service with endless automated emails. All this for the princely sum of £286.00. Still waiting after 4 weeks so now they have excluded my account obviously no banking options now available. Gambling commission and ibas will be involved. Be aware people be very aware

Worst site ever….beware…

Pending withdrawal for 65 days and still waiting. Verification process takes ages and still no feedback. For £130.00 seems so difficult for them to release, sent all documents required still no update. Very worst website.

My account has been verified and they have allowed me to deposit and play but as soon as i tried to withdraw a tenner they said i needed to prove i owned a phone number i deposited with but it was a pay as you go sim and not registered as i was just using it while i was waiting for my new sim to come as i lost my phone. But the pay as you go credit i paid for in a shop and then paid by Mobile phone credit. But every time I try telling them that they just keep on repeating the same thing. Help

This site is awful, they give you a certain amount of “Winnings” then they will steal it back off of you. You can even change the stake to a lower amount they will still take all of your money. DONT PLAY WITH THIS SITE !
