Delivery was great! Pickup on time and friendly. Communication with HQ about attaching documents helpful but might be best to have that on your FAQs. It did cause a bit of anxiety for me, not knowing what to do, until I got the answer.
All in all, I’d definitely use your service again.

After delivering my luggage, weeks later, they tried to take over 700 pounds from my card!

To say that my luggage was more than 70 kgs overweight, which would mean that each case would have had to have been over 33 kgs in weight, which I wouldn't have been able to lift. I weighed each case with digital scales and know for a FACT i was UNDER the weight that I booked.

If this is not resolved, I will go to trading standards

Feeling much trepidation, we packed our cruise clothes off to the pre-cruise hotel. More trepidation as we saw the delivery truck leaving our area without our pick-up - he was lost. But, within minutes he was at the door, scanned our carefully plastered tag on two sides and off it went. I received regular updates on its whereabouts and was delighted to see it arrive at its destination. When we arrived (after travelling for a week) to the pre-cruise hotel, we asked for said luggage. The front desk could not find it and asked me for the email that they had sent confirming its arrival. I was able to show an email from said employee (which he previously denied) and I sounded the alarm on the tag. I followed him into the storage area and there it was. (We used a two-sided luggage tag with both our names and he couldn't figure out to turn it over). All said and done, our luggage arrived well in advance.

Great service, quick , efficient. I had golf clubs and a suitcase shipped from Abu Dhabi to London, 6 days from booking both items arrived back home.

Picked up on time, arrived in specified time frame, all intact with no damage.

A very professional company. Telephone contact via a schedule was on time and extremely helpful in processing the recovery of luggage from Spain whilst I had already returned to Australia.
Email and message updates were appreciated.

They take the fee. US $ not NZ $ misleading (I was in New Zealand). I would have been cheaper using the PO.

But when I tried to fill in the form for delivery the bot claimed my address and page of my passport were too large. Used too much memory.

Ridiculous I noo option but to find another carrier.
It was just a standard address and a page from my passport.
They did refund but witheld £25 because I had supposedly requested cancellation.

No...they had failed to perform their part of the contract.
