Great service! Ordered two American Tourister Jet Driver suitcases. Ordering process was quick and very easy. Cases arrived within a few days & well packaged. Would highly recommend Luggage Superstore and would order from them again.

3 day delivery was one day!! Our £70 cases have TSA locks and zip eyes for a TSA padlock if you need that extra bit of casual security.

4 double wheel castor. Rubber 'tyres' can be pulled easily and has yet to be tried in anger. 68 medium size more than large enough for our 2 weeks away (we are great packers and are clothes frugal!)

- Great customer service - we initially had an issue with DPD not delivery the suitcase ordered but Maria sent the suitcase straight back and it arrived the next day. Then we had a problem sending a XL suitcase with DPD but she sorted the problem on the spot with the post office staff.
- Quick delivery (bought a smaller suitcase - same day dispatch and next day delivery)
- Great product and much cheaper than on the manufacturer's website.

The website is easy to navigate. The case was dispatched the same afternoon I ordered it, which is a rare experience in my opinion. Great and prompt service. Everything was as described. I wasn’t sure if they were legit but I had to return 3 of the suitcases as I wanted the bigger size. The DPD return service was easy. Customer service was good but I asked for a new discount code to buy the larger cases (as I had a code originally) this was granted but never came through despite a few emails, so I ended up buying them from another luggage provider that had a discount code available.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I purchased two bags within two weeks of each other, great service on both occasions. One bag was too small I returned it and bought a larger size, given the credit very quickly. Delivery was very fast.
