All potential buyers are hereby warned. I just paid $64.00 for something worth $12.00. The size is less than a tenth of what was advertised. The weight went from 84 pounds to one pound! The cost of return is prohibitive. I sense I would never get the refund if I did.

Since my original post I have been in contact with Lumina. They have resolved my issue - i.e. the non-appearance of the requested goods. Since then they have closed down but as stated, they fulfilled obligations. Thank you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought a heated blanket/shawl that took weeks to arrive and was FAULTY
They said for a full refund I have to return it to them in Hong Kong which would cost me about £30
They offered me 20% refund and went up to 30%
I received £6.79 back from them after spending £33.94!

The motion-activated lights work well in my hallway and are convenient, though nothing feels particularly premium.

Contacted them to check how long it will be but not much response from customer service either won’t be buying again

The Rolling Knife sharpener was brilliant, well made and inexpensive. The packing was First Class. I have sharpened one of my knives to a razor edge and warned my wife to be careful with it.
The product was so good, I have ordered another for a friend.

This Company is everything that people say it is. I have never come across a worse company on the Web. I ordered 2x Air Purifiers on Dec10th. To date, they have not moved. They are still waiting for the courier to collect them. I have sent emails and tried to phone them. They are impossible to contact. I contacted my bank and got a full refund by reporting them for fraud. Don’t waste your time with this company. They keep sending me emails wanting me to purchase other products. Now I get emails saying they are closing down. This can not come soon enough.

Do not use this company they are a scam ordered a pair of heated gloves when they came which was nearly 3 weeks they were not heated they offered a 20% refund on a pair of £24.00 gloves that you can by for £3.99 they wanted me at my cost to send them back to china for a refund but not postage which would have been about £30 to £40 so basically nothing. It was their fault they sent the wrong gloves never even offered to send the correct ones. Now doing a charge back. DO NOT USE

Amazing products, q efficient and effective delivery

Had another email from luminqo still saying the heated gloves they sent me can still be sent back but at my expanse although Thayer are faulty like other similar gloves they have sold to other customers who have also sent a review to trip pilot but these crooks still maintain they don’t sent faulty gloves to customers I have already told this company the gloves are rubbish and have gone in rubbish collection bin and are at council rubbish tip were they belong so please please anybody thinking of buying heated gloves do not use this company luminqo they sell rubbish and you have no chance of getting your money back edward clark

They’re making heated gloves for pennies on the dollar then make customer pay to return which is more expensive than the original cost.
They offer 20% (then 30%) refund still making a tidy profit off their cheap merchandise. Never again

Ordered a doormat, looked lovely on their website, took 3 weeks for it to be shipped and arrived looking NOTHING like the picture on the website, now struggling to get answers on refunds and returning the item

Although I’ve waited nearly a month from order to delivery, the delivered item was as pictured.

Avoid at all cost. Shipping from China took 3 weeks, the product sold as a high quality product cost £60 - whereas in fact similar products can be found on Amazon for £15. "Free" returns but buyer has to cover return shipping cost to China.
So...Temu products without the low prices or the efficient shipping = A SCAM

A Chinese company. Ordered on the 6th December as a Christmas present but it didn't arrive until 4th Jan. They say I can return the item for a full refund but if have to cover shipping and it will cost £30-£40?!

Goods not delivered in time. Cancellation requests ignored. Product cost about 50p to make (sold at £28) and did not contain all the parts required to put it together. Under UK consumer law they are required to pay the return shipping because the product is faulty. They are refusing to and continue to offer a 20% discount for something that is not fit for purpose and faulty. It’s not legalised fraud, it’s just fraud and blatant. DO NOT USE. In addition - they have set the payment up as a recurring payment so contact your bank even if you were happy with your goods/service to stop them taking your payment repeatedly.

It is not the Netherlands! It shows Hong Kong (False). If you look at the website it says it says Luminqo is an online brand of ECOM Business LTD. This company is registered as ****DESOLVED as of 4th March 2025.
I ordered a set of external lights for Christmas which were actually quite a bit more than I wanted to spend but were to make up a set of 3 (I only had2). Repeated attempts to get tracking details - kept being told that it had not left the warehouse so could not track it??? Even 2 weeks after the order was placed - no tracking. Kept chasing - they send a generic email each time. I asked for a refund as they had not notified me at the point of purchase of any delays! This also meant the item would not be fit for purpose as these were clearly Christmas lights and did not make it here. The parcel finally arrived 1st Jan 2026. On top of the extremely poor unstated delivery delay window, the item was nothing like what was shown on the website. (Misrepresentation of fact). The lights shown were large, described as large and showed them in a picture over a campsite. When they arrived, the main star fit within the size of my hand! Under the distance selling rules - there has been a failure to produce the item with a reasonable timeframe and does not match the item as advertised. Not only that they insist YOU pay for the return even though the mistake is theirs! They have not issued a refund and once you ask for this twice, you then get completely ignored. Absolutely awful. I can see many many others have been scammed by this company. I have reported them to the International Trading Standards and the bank are now contacting them as I have raised a chargeback due to the circumstances above. PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY NOT JUST HERE BUT WITH TRADING STANDARDS. The more people do this, the more they will move closer to getting them issued with a court order and their website shut down.

Worst service ever encountered! Advertised as fast and free shipping yet a month later item still has not arrived. Constant contact made requesting a refund or something to be done but nothing other than generic responses (probably ai) and extremely unhelpful stating they will continue to monitor tracking! A month later and still no item and no refund!
