Ordered custom built size unit to match tv panel previously purchased, delivery was great, product was well wrapped and received with no damage, great product and quality, made well looks fantastic.

Ordered a 1.8m floating unit with 40” fire plus tv backboard. TV backboard sizes were either slightly too narrow or slightly too wide (we wanted it to sit directly above the floating unit without having a gap). Quick message to Lewis and the backboard was made specifically to fit the unit ie 1.8m wide. We also adjusted the height slightly. Delivery was within the time frame stated and well packaged. We fitted it ourselves and it was relatively easy. The metal fittings on the back of the unit are tricky to “hook” onto the metal bracket which is fixed to the wall. We initially thought we’d secured the unit until the left side fell off the wall (damaging our skirting in the process). We eventually managed to get the metal fittings onto the bracket but it was a little fraught for a while ! Overall we’re very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Luxe Supplies.

Quality product and delivery

Ordered the premium Ambience board for 85” tv and although you can only really see approx 200mm around the TV the product finish looks great. I have it backlit with LED strip and in all honesty couldn’t be happier with the finished look.
Initially I was a little concerned as the large board appeared a little bent and I would have to fix it to some aluminium cleat hangers with little tolerance, however I had no issues whatsoever with the large board having a bit of movement in it.
Communication on delivery and 2 man delivery itself was also hassle free.
Significant cost but worth it and would highly recommended!

The product is amazing. Such great quality and exactly how it looks online. My joiner commented on how great the quality was. Compared to other quotes it’s beyond reasonable.
I am thrilled with the finished product and look.

Absolutely stunning media wall.
I did email Luxe supplies after I believed my order to be late. However, after a fast response, I realised it was my mistake and the delivery was then made with in the correct timeframe.
Everything is well made and as you’d expect.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased backboard to sit behind 75" tv..great quality board..purchased with back led lighting kit..had it fitted by experienced carpenter and looks amazing..

Great products, great service. I had a little Hiccup as one of my panels got damaged during transport, I contacted a lovely person on live chat and it was fixed within 10 minutes with the right outcome. Fabulous service I will definitely use them again
