Ordered tv backboard and fire unit in the wrong size, went straight on to online chat and was sorted within mins. Timescales for delivery were as described. Backboard had a slight chip in it when it arrived however Lewis in customer services had it sorted straight away. Customer service is brilliant and the goods are lovely. Defo recommend

I can’t recommend Luxe Supplies highly enough! Although we had a slight issue with the first unit that was delivered, (delivery company not Luxe Supplies) what really stood out was how they handled it. Things don’t always go perfectly, but great customer service is measured by how a company responds when something does go wrong—and Luxe Supplies absolutely exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I raised the issue, their team was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making things right. They replaced the unit without any hassle, kept me updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
