Unreliable, unprofessional
I ordered TV backboard on Aug 7, before I ordered I called them and told them I need this before 27th of August and I was assured they would deliver in 2weeks. As we are speaking I am yet to recieve my order, the joiner I struggled to get because of timeframe and urgency of work has arrived, there is no tv backboard anywhere.
Luxe supplies are the most UNRELIABLE in the market. There is a reason they don't have reviews on their site, run away from them.

Hi Elizabeth,
Your order arrived an hour after you left this review, which you did know beforehand because you confirmed the delivery slot with the courier the day prior. However, you are correct - your order was late. We aim to deliver made-to-order products within 7 - 10 working days and yours took 19 which is totally unacceptable on our part.
Unfortunately, we did have delays and a large backlog during this period which I contacted you personally to inform you of. I explained the reasons and offered my apologies. This was when you told me you needed delivery by the 30th (not 27th) of August as you had a joiner booked in. I told you we would do our best but couldn't confirm until your delivery slot was scheduled and you should consider rescheduling your joiner to avoid any disappointment. We booked your order in for collection on Friday 29th with delivery Saturday 30th but, unfortunately, the couriers were delayed in traffic and didn't arrive until we were closed meaning your order couldn't be collected until Monday 1st with delivery Tuesday 2nd.
I agree that you didn't receive 5* service but I done my best to keep you informed and make amends. I offered to refund your delivery charge for the inconvenience caused however you ignored all my correspondence after August 29th and instead left this review.
We aren't always perfect but we are honest and do our best to make things right whenever they go wrong. I hope that now you've received your order and (hopefully) had it fitted you may reconsider your 1* review and consider shopping with us again in the future.

Amazing customer service
What can I say I dealt with Lewis right throughout my booking process where I bought a 65 inch tv back board, 2.4metre tv unit and 60inch fire. Lewis was so helpful throughout with answering all my questions his support was second to none, when I had a few issues with delivery company Lewis put them right. While been hesitant with this company as not many reviews i approached Lewis via email an he was quick to answer my questions which made me go ahead with my order as he was so helpful throughout. A business like this will go far with products with there top class customer service. Thanks again

Great service
Great service. Supplied exactly what I wanted, with a professional delivery service. 1500mm circle mirror is not an easy thing to find, and these guys were the best priced too. Can't fault it.

They look luxe! Worth every penny
All I can say is that they look better than the photos on the website !!!
You can feel the quality, soft close hinges everywhere, perfect spacing between doors.
Ohh, and Lewis helped me having them same week as I ordered them ( I thought that’s impossible in uk :) )

Fantastic wall panelling!
I got some wall panelling from Luxe Supplies to break up the white walls in my shop and they’re fantastic for that purpose!

I bought 2 fireplaces from this company in a short time and spoke to Lewis. Very good communication and very helpful. I live in the Netherlands myself and had them shipped the process was easy and everything was very neatly packed and delivered. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a product for a fair price of good quality
