It's so easy to browse the LuxeTones website. There is such a beautiful choice of jewellery at reasonable prices. The process of ordering and paying is smooth and I have received my orders so quickly. I also love the pouches that come with the jewellery.

Really happy with part of an order but disappointed that even though an item was faulty, I had to pay postage to send it back.

Amazing customer service!!
I purchased a gorgeous ring, after a couple of days of wearing it I noticed a few stones had fallen out.
Email sent, replacement offered and accepted.
Unfortunately the ring was now out of stock (not surprised, it's beautiful) so a full refund has been issued with a further goodwill gesture of 20% off my next purchase.
Shall be using again!
