The customer service was excellent and…

The customer service was excellent and turn around time was fast.

I called and inquired about a watch and Arif was able to source it the very same day, and within a few days I had my watch.

I highly recommend

Fantastic and speedy service

Quick online valuation. Oliver at Luxe Watches was very helpful in providing a remote valuation of my A Langhe Sohne for insurance purposes. I would return for future work.

Good professional team

I sold my watch on consignment with the team at Luxe watches and they were very professional and did a great job of marketing the watch and selling it within a few weeks. I got a good price for it and will be sure to use them again. Thanks to the team!

Incredibly helpful and hassle free!!

Charlie was Incredibly helpful and made the full experience hassle free. Easy communication over the phone along with some photos and a video showing the watch’s condition. I’ve purchased my first Rolex here and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Extremely efficient service

I was extremely impressed with Luxe Watches, they did a valuation for me within 24 hrs, very professional service, lots of communication, would definitely recommend to others.

Fast and personal service

Having used other competitors in the past to repair and service my Tag and waited months for it to be processed and returned, I was super impressed by Luxe. I got a personal call and the service was friendly, fast and good value. Highly recommend.

The Whole Experience was excellent from start to finish and was a pleasure dealing with Charlie, Purchased my first Ap and was it totally as described on collection, Highly Recommend the company and will no doubt Purchase from them again.
