I was assisted by Charlotte Velasco, and I must say her customer service is top notch. She quickly helped me out with an order I was waiting to get delivered, had it ready and sent out the next day. She kept in contact with me, to make sure I recieved my items, to raise any concerns and I was honestly really happy. She also made follow up calls to let me know the progress of my order, partial refund and after delivery! She was super helpful, and very sweet! The delivery driver's were also really quick and helpful! I had no issues at all.
