I had an excellent experience dealing with Dondon at Luxo Living regarding an issue with my couches. From the beginning, Dondon was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient. Communication was excellent, with prompt replies throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated the willingness to listen to my concerns and work with me to negotiate a resolution I was genuinely happy with.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality not just in the items but also the customer service. Paid fraction of the price for high quality bed frame and they also provide 24/7 online chat for customer service. The consultant was attentive and problem was solved quickly. Delivery was also quick and items were handled carefully.

This is the best customer service I've ever had so far with an online order enquiry. I was very concerned about the delivery date as I'm moving in to a new place and am only free to receive the parcel on the specific day.
