Damaged paint tin
Paint took a long time to arrive, when it did the tin was badly damaged, paint leaking everywhere, totally unusable. Having written to “luxury paints” I’ve had no reply. I have a painter/decorator booked to come on Monday and have no paint. Very unimpressed

Delivery was via 24 h courier this was seen 3 days after the order date no one was really bothered except me waiting for the paint to arrive
Put it this way paint was good quality delivery was a shambles suggest changing courier firm

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the experience you have received with us. Please can you confirm what colour paint you received, as looking at your order, you ordered Carrara, which is a soft pink colour, not pale olive.
We can then look into this for you, and rectify it.

QUICK DRY EXCELLENT COVERAGE
I ordered Zoffany's Acrylic Eggshell to paint our kitchen cabinets. It's not cheap but the coverage is impressive - no second coat needed! Coupled with its quick drying performance, it was worth every penny.

Love the items I bought, fast delivery and when there was an issue(I accidentally ordered the same items twice) I was able to speak with a gentleman who kindly resolved the problem.

Packaging flimsy
Packaging flimsy, my first parcel arrived empty, received just a a ripped envelope with an apology from royal mail about condition. Company were helpful when I contacted them and quickly sent out a replacement. Second parcel was slightly better packaged.
