Great samples with sticky on the back so can move around. Finally decided on colour and paint used and very happy with colours and suggestion to match colours - paint has great coverage and easy to apply - recommend and would defo use again

Samples arrive really quickly. I’ve used the paint before and it’s good value as it goes a long way. The wallpaper seems good quality and has hidden hues that you can’t really see on a screen.

Used Lick paint for my living room. Not cheap but got a three for two offer so was able to get an off- white for my ceiling.( White 1) It has a slight blue/grey ting. Soft cover.
The paint is of good consistency, went on beautiful without drip and seems to have covered over imperfections.
I had been looking for a light rose colour for the walls, when I first put it on (Pink 2 ) I did panic it did look too peachy in colour, but once finished it looked lovely, especially in the evening it gives off a pale pink glow making the pinks in a picture stand out. Really happy with the way it went on and finish.
Still have to paint my son's room,(Teal 06) confident it will be better than cheaper I have used before.

It took me 9months to find the right colour for my livingroom due to colour swatches from other brands being completely different to the actual paint colour.
The swatches and the actual paint colour match 100%, so nice having confidence to commit and actually make the purchase.

I have just discovered Lick’s stick on paint samples and they are a game changer. I look forward to dealing with this company again

The most beautiful colours! Very very happy with this.
However, we found that the online estimation of how much colour we needed was very inaccurate, we needed 3 times more :)

Excellent service and paint

I have sadly gone from a loyal Lick fan to hater :( Used the original paints in matt a few years ago to paint a lot of walls in my
flat and loved the colour and finish, however recently bought the Lick pro in a matt for one wall and eggshell for cupboards. Both have shown streaks, and have an awful finish after only a few months. Contacted customer service who (the first time) offered to send new paint, however I'd already paid a painter to prep and paint so I declined the offer. The second time, I yet again sent evidence of the issue and was told I had scrubbed the wall too hard?! I have literally used a soft damp cloth to wipe a small mark, because Lick themselves claim the paint is wipeable. I'm not quite sure what the point in buying expensive 'durable' paint would be otherwise?! Given this has happened with both paint colours, I can only assume the quality has gone downhill. Really disappointing when I've always raved about them in the past!

To add: I had a lot of back and forth with Lick and provided countless images, barcodes, and followed all their steps. So it's inaccurate to say I didn't provide what they asked for (I'm baffled as to what else they want?!), but also it's very clear the pro paint is of a lower quality despite being a higher price. Unfortunately the facts speak for themselves!

The stick on samples are brilliant. I bought the natural sample selection and it has been so handy to stick the samples in various rooms.

Find this brand to be the best on the market, love the colours also excellent coverage.

The paint is really good quality. The supreme flat Matt really does seem to scrub which is great with kids and pets and the colour is beautiful.

Postage came very fast which was great. The paint itself is just absolutely gorgeous and great qualit. It even comes with a stirrer which is a nice little touch. We are usually stuck having to find a bit of scrap wood to stir with! Will definitely be buying from Lick again.

Sadly they fall off the wall after a few days but maybe that's intentional.

Huge variation in colour between tins of green Matt 18.
Customer service prompt and responsive but as I had bought the ‘pro’ and ‘retail’ apparently the Matt green 18 can be an entirely different shade. So you can’t really be certain what green you’re getting. The pro is a good quality and goes on well. But I don’t rate the retail version.
