Packaging flimsy
Packaging flimsy, my first parcel arrived empty, received just a a ripped envelope with an apology from royal mail about condition. Company were helpful when I contacted them and quickly sent out a replacement. Second parcel was slightly better packaged.

Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive for over a week. Customer service were rude and unhelpful. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel that others should know. Delivery isn’t what you expect so don’t pay for next day delivery. I asked for a refund but was told no. I would never order from them again

I ordered 3 tins of paints
I ordered 3 tins of paints. One tin came a few days later - it was 1 lire. The 2nd 1 litre arrived a couple of days later. The 3rd tin, a 5 litre tin never arrived. I have had no luck finding out what has happened and it's now 3 weeks later. They have a 24 hour shipment promise... don't believe it. Will now need to go through my credit card company since they don't respond.

Forget the price of the tester
Everyone prefers to see a paint in real life rather than on a chart. That's why testers are a good idea. The tester was £5, the postage was £8.50.
Wouldn't it be more up front to include the postage in the price of the tester?
Not good business so we'll get the same colour mixed by another company.

Review zonder uitnodiging
Nearly a month on
Nearly a month on, I still have not received the paint ordered. I have now sent 3 emails, only the first of which was answered - with a promise to look into it but nothing further. I have had, however, 2 requests for the survey review about the purchase to be done! This time I am completing it!
I try very hard not to use Amazon all the time, but experiences like this remind me why it is so attractive.
