Easier to sell here than anywhere else. They schedule your pick up so you don’t have to worry about shipping. Very happy with my offer and the customer service provided as well. Will only ever use MacBack in the future for selling my tech!

I wanted to sell my 2017 iMac and tried a number of companies. Each time they wanted the same information and each time I was disappointed with their offer (ranging from £0 to a maximum of £100). Eventually I hit on Macback. They offered what seemed a fair price to me, subject to the condition of the iMac. Their reviews are all very positive and I would certainly want to add to this positivity, The date for the hand over of the machine was left to suit me and within a few days their offer had been confirmed.
I wouldn't bother to waste time with the other companies offering to buy a Mac and would certainly use Macback again.

It's a bit of a shock when your iMac is no longer eligible for software updates. It still looked brand new so I got in touch with Macback and was delighted when they made an offer. The whole process was fluid and flawless and within a week the money is in my bank account. Brilliant!

in general service and communication were very rapid throughout; The only problem lay with the free collection which failed three times, due in part perhaps to our senile slow response. I had the computer carried to the local collection centre where collection was charged but rapid.Full payment then followed very quickly

First class service
Absolutely excellent service. Highly recommend. Have used them a few times now for some old Macs. They have been nothing short of brilliant. Excellent timely communication keeping you updated all the way, they organise a courier for a pick up and when my DPD driver was awful and didn’t collect it as promised, they organised another collection with no fuss. Quickly assessed computer and gave the price they offered which is really fair. Just a grateful for an excellent service with minimal fuss.

5 stars for Macback. From initial quote to the confirmation email, I cannot fault them. The price was competitive and definitely higher than all other sites I could find. Communication was great and timely, and DPD were very professional with the collection (albeit came on Sunday, I had booked in for Monday but Macback advised it could be Saturday - I was surprised when DPD came on Sunday - but this is not any fault of Macback!). They paid out the initially quoted price and the other reviews definitely reflect my experience.

I had two iMacs to sell
I had two iMacs to evaluate and one was less than the quote the other was more so on the whole they were very fair and supplied reports as to why they down graded .
The only issue I had was with the delivery and collection. The courier delivered the box and packing for each iMac and I had to pack it on the door step, without the helpful DPD driver would have been quite difficult to do on my own. That said payment was prompt and communication was very good.

Unexpectedly good to be honest
Unexpectedly good to be honest. I was gearing up to sell my Mac Mini on Facebook Marketplace when up popped the Macback advert. Price quoted seemed reasonable, got an extra 10% off for reasons I don't recall and the whole process was very easy. Got paid within a couple of days of them receiving the Mac.
