Excellent repair of the MacBook I bought in 2020, saved loads of money too

eFix clearly have specialist skills and knowledge as well as the tools to undertake complex board-level repair work on Apple MacBooks. I received excellent communication during the repair process and superb service. They fixed my badly liquid damaged MacBook Air when I thought it would have to be scrapped. From start fo finish an exceptional service. As anyone, I was worried about sending my laptop via post however after reading all the other reviews and reading their instructions I felt at ease. I was updated throughout the whole delivery process. once received, I got an update a couple days with the repairs. They gave optional repairs too, however never tried to upsell any other repairs. Prices for all repairs were clear and reasonable.
Once i agreed, the work was completed within a few working days and shipped back to me securely with tracking in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and 2 sweets!
Laptop feels brand new, works well so far. Could not be happier with the service and thoroughly recommend. Have missed my laptop!

Wasn’t sure about sending off my MacBook but unwilling to pay £50 for Apple to diagnose a clearly cracked screen. Decided to try repair from eFix who have 650 5 star reviews on TrustPilot. Great service and screen replacement like new. Can recommend. Secure process and kept well informed.

What a brilliant company. There was lots that needed fixing on my MacBook and they fixed as much as they could and kept me updated. Their communications were brilliant. I was very pleased with the work carried out.
I was a bit nervous sending off my laptop but I read the reviews and so felt safe sending it off.

I had a damaged MacBook Pro ( somehow kicked water over the keyboard), spent £60 on a train ticket to my nearest Apple Store only to be told “ the logic board is broke and it’s gonna be £1,549 to fix”. There’s no way I could afford that so came home resigned my MacBook was now a very expensive tray. Out of desperation I googled ‘ MacBook broken logic board’ and eFix popped up! Free diagnostics and shipping to them? Why the eff not?! What’s the worst that can happen right?! eFix got back to be within a couple of days and told me THE LOGIC BOARD WAS FINE ( just a bit of residue) and that there was an issue with the keyboard, a tiny trackpad issue and a backlight problem. They quoted me less than 1/3 to fix and send back to me. So yeah ofc I paid it!! Wtf Apple?! Y u lie to me?!

I just received it back ( super quick turn anround) and boom.. she’s a beauty again! They even gave her a good clean so my fingerprints aren’t all over the screen! AND THEY INCLUDED SOME SWEETS!

I had my MacBook Pro that was water damaged and had a broken LED screen fixed recently. I couldn't trust a company more with laptop repairs this is the second time I've went through eFix!

I had my MacBook Air repaired recently, I had a problem with the screen and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from “efix” From the start, they performed a free diagnostic check, clearly explained cost of repair upfront. Throughout the entire process, I was kept in the loop with regular updates. The repair was done efficiently and professionally. Easy to post off with clear instructions and return via DPD. Great customer service all round, would definitely recommend to anyone in need of tech repairs.

Reece was very good in identifying the problem with my device and sorting this especially when Apple were quoting around £900 and claimed multiple components were damaged which turned out not to be the case. The turnover with repair and device being returned was very quick with Reece always available via email and was happy to help with any questions I had.

I would highly recommend using this company especially instead of going to apple.

Excellent service. Cannot overstate how transparent the process was from start to finish. Was told by Apple Store it was a logic board issue. Once received by eFix, they advised me it was a battery health issue. Very fast repair once diagnosed. Highly recommended to Apple customers.

Very relieved we used efix - saved my bacon! Thought my Macbook Air was done for, but they fixed it. Quick, helpful, not too expensive and trustworthy.

As per most other reviews on here I was quoted £750 by Apple to repair water damage to my MacBook and told that the hard drive and all of its data was lost. A quick internet search later I found MacBook repairs, read the reviews and sent it off. They quoted £220 to fix the water damage and were also fairly confident all the data would be saved on the hard drive. I gave them the green light and they did exactly that. Not only did they do that they somehow made the laptop look as good as new again. Top class service, it’s rare that a company like this exists these days. USE THEM.

I had the battery on my 2015 MacBook Pro replaced by EFIX Ltd and couldn’t be more satisfied. They were incredibly informative and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the process and what to expect.
