This thing is dangerous
They send you a different bike than what they advertise. The pictures show nice tires for one. They sent me the worst possible looking tires I’ve seen on any new e-bike. Not even close to what they show in the pictures. The big one though is the throttle. No matter how careful you are it jolts you in a very cheaply made kind of way. The computer is almost worthless as it doesn’t work correctly. The values you put in don’t even change the bike characteristics. Also the power claim. I bought this for my wife. It weighs less than my bike by about 25 pounds. My bike smokes her bike and magicycle claims it has 250 more watts and the same torque. This company is a fraud. I had to buy another bike and try to sell this garbage. It’s dangerous to ride. They’re going to get sued by someone and go out of business. You can’t cheat customers like this. You can’t really return these things without a huge loss in shipping and restocking fees. This company is a fraud and there website is all lies. . I can’t even begin to convey the disappointment in myself for not buying anything else. Stay away. This company is horrible. There a hit and run style. Buy a himiway, Letrigo, REI co op, anything but these guys. Lastly I just want to say whoever is in charge of their engineering is a complete incompetent idiot. Dumb people make money too. Worst experience ever out of the 6 e-bikes I’ve bought over the years. Didn’t even know it was possible to screw up this bad. #gatbage cheating lying company

I recently purchased a 20” Deer e-bike, and all their advertising and website pictures show the Deer with a Kenda tire or a tire with a fluorescent safety stripe on the sidewall. Well I got neither type of tire. My ebike arrived with no-name black wall tires that look and feel pretty cheap. I am concerned that the sub standard tires could be a performance and safety issue on such a heavy e-bike. Had I known I was not getting the tires as shown on their website I might have reconsidered my purchase.

This is my 3rd magicycle ebike..2 Ocelot Pros and a Deer.20 2.0..They are all great bikes but the New Ocelot has some really nice improvements..The battery is now much easier to install and remove..the big one for me is Improved Energy Management..Range has gone up a lot..They are all really fun to ride because they have MAGIPOWER ..Keep up the Good work And continue building Great bikes..Who knows maybe a fourth one is in my future..

I’ve been extremely impressed with my Magicycle Cruiser Pro. This bike feels solid, smooth, and very well built, and it handles my weight with no problem. The ride is comfortable, stable, and powerful, whether I’m cruising around town or just enjoying a longer ride.

Poor service
There is a lot to like about my Oscillate Pro I have it now since 2020
Last year the throttle started giving me trouble, I replaced the 1/2 throttle cable with a new one from the company, it didn't fix the problem. I am dealing with the company and asking them for a solution, I sent them a video explaining the issue in detail, there solution was to replace the 1/2 throttle cable after me explaining that didn't work. I am so fed up a year later still no solution.
What a shame . Anyone know of a solution please let me know. Be careful they don't have dealers based on my experience I will not deal with them anymore

Battery issue, or so I thought.
My bike suddenly wouldn't work. After taking it off the charger the battery only showed 5% charge and the bike wouldn't go. I emailed support and within 1 day they replied with the solution which was a factory reset. They sent a short youtube explaining how to do the reset from the bikes display panel and in less than 5 minutes I'm up and running. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for your prompt help in this situation. Jeff

Magicycle Cruiser Pro for my wife
I ordered a Cruiser Pro for my wife. I really like the bike, I really do. However.... I would never recommend buying from this company due to dishonest practices and lack of customer service. FIRST - Their website chart says the size ordered would be perfect for persons from 5'5" - 6'5" with inseams from 34"-40". It didn't fit my wife. It barely fit me with the seat lowered as far as possible and I'm 6' tall. The bike will only work for those 6' or taller. I kept the bike. Magicycle only allows returns within a few days and you have to pay shipping and the bike has to be packaged EXACTLY the way it was shipped to you. Issue #2 - The rearview camera sold to us to fit this bike mounts on the seatpost and looks directly back into the parcel rack. They had me send pictures and videos of the mounted camera doing this. Then they changed their website so that this camera can't be ordered with the Cruiser Pro. After this they emailed me and said they had no solution to make the camera usable with the bike but since the camera was technicaly working it was not defective and they would not refund me for the camera or do anything at all. Bottom line - They do everything they can to do nothing after the sale.

Magic cycle deer step through. Bike would not turn on.
My deer step through magic cycle is approximately one year old. The display would not turn on anymore and the bike would not start up.With the two year warranty I contacted the company. John was very helpful. I sent him a video of the problem. He sent me a new display with the on off switch. I replaced myself and was successful. Turned right on. Rode for 15mi without a problem. Took about 2 weeks to arrive but great customer service. Thanks John

Fraudulent charges
"In stock, but also somehow out of stock." Customer support: "kindly wait patiently" is code for "won't pay U.S. tarrifs" but they'll charge U.S. consumers anyways.
Beware of Chinese sellers participating in this "Tariff Tantrum" scam.
I expect the seller views this as a noble protest, but choosing deceit and passive-aggressive messaging only demonstrates the same poor morals that caused the U.S. to impose tariffs in the first place.
Fortunately the FTC and U.S. banks deem behavior like that as fraudulent, so Magicycle and others will not prosper from sales they do not intend to fulfill.

Just wanted to share my experience 2 years into it.
Just wanted to share my experience. I bought a Deer 20 more than a year ago. The sale was online and it went smoothly, since then I have bought some micellanious bike part andl the team has guide me trought the correct parts.
I enjoy the bike, I think it has more power than I need, climing step road 40deg ups is a breeze. However the battery is not close to the 80miles they claim. I did get about 40+ miles riding at an avrg speed of 18mph. (I'm about 160). So that's just a bit of my experience with the bike.
Unfortunately, after a year and a half my battery started having some issues, where it would shut off when it reaches 50%. The bike would not turn on after that. You will need to charge it or pull the battery out. That would give you some miles before the bike shut down again.
So here comes the customer service, to be honest I read mix review about the CS at MC, so my expectation were low. After I contact them at first their was a misunderstanding about the warranty of my bike specially the battery. After a few emails about the issue I was having, diagnostic, sending them pictures and videos, they actually came trough and diagnosed it as a circuit trouble on the battery. I did receive a new battery, did had to pay for shipping cost which is totally fine for me. I wanted to say the my customer experience was great I'll give them 5 out of 5. Is is not just because they send me a new battery but because Dory was very tentative and polite when we went trough this process.
What I like about the bike: the torque and power, comfort and sleek look.
Whay I dislike hence the 4 star is the battery pct on the display is not accurate. It might read 20pct after a ride, you turn it off and back on and the display will show 60pct. I know it's hard cause when's the motor pulls for power or amps it might drain the battery faster but if at steady when not pulling power the battery level should go back up, and not when you turn off and on your bike.
As for my issue I'm on an early stage, of trying the new battery, since is winter now haven't done much riding, but it has gone down to 20pct and bike does not shut down abruptly.
