I bought a ebike for my husband for Christmas it came very quickly, and my husband hardly gets to ride it because everybody else in the family wants to try it and they all love it! He has even had it in the bush to his hunting blind.

Fast shipping, and a great quality product! I order 2 Magicycle Deer 20 inch bikes for my fiance and I. We can't stop riding them! So much fun, and very long battery life! Bikes arrived in less than a week

Im 73 years old did a lot of research, this ebike is all i need i go to the beach which is 10 miles from my house i have to go over a high bridge no problem and i take a cooler chair and a small umbrella has never le me down
i do the beach 2 times a week for 3 month

I purchased my Magicycle 26 inch Deer from my local dealer. (PowerOn E-Bike) I love everything about the bike. I am 6'2'' 225 lbs. and the fit and riding position are perfect.
Power and performance is great. I ride every day and can't wait to get on and ride some more.

Magicycle is total joke! Clearly a company conjured out of thin air pimping mediocre products with the worst customer service you can imagine. They screw up what you order and then screw up shipping it to you. And when you inquire about your order they just offer weird CYA BS trying to lay off responsibility to quirks of the cosmos or some other mystical fubar. Do not do business with this company!

Although I was not able to write it yet, because I live in the Northeast. The bike appears to be in good shape.

It came to me without any problems. You could ride it even with no power.
When you go up a hill it gives you confidence for any hill.The parts to this ebike are top notch.
I would buy any of their ebikes. Buy an Magicycle Ocelot Pro!!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I bought my Cruiser from their Canadian site - and I chose it SOLELY BECAUSE they stated that the items ordered would be shipped from either Canada or the US. So when I got a notification that it had shipped from China I was pissed off. I had specifically searched for a week to find an e-bike company that was supposedly based in North America. They clearly ARE NOT.

However, I received the bike by the first week of October 2023, rode it for just 6 weeks, and though I followed all charger and operation specs to the letter, one day the battery shut off mid-trip to work one morning, and would never turn on again.

I was forced to jump through hoops for 3 weeks - sending several videos and photos, and facing ridiculous delays in response - until they first came back with an offer to sell me a 50% off battery, even though their warranty says that they’d replace defective batteries for free.

I finally got it after a bit more fighting, and yet I had to pay $60 for shipping - though I got free shipping on the bike itself? At that point I didn’t care anymore, I had lost nearly a month of commuting with it to work. Received the battery and was able to ride it another 5-6 weeks when once again, the battery failed.

This time, I had been outside for 5 MINUTES in -26C, and it was stored indoors at all other times. And it has never started again. Contacted Janice Lau, the agent who has initially given me such a run around, and she initially said it just needed to be warmed up, and then it should charge just fine and work fine. 9 days later, NO CHANGE.

Then the very next day, I emailed them to say that the first information made no sense - for if the battery is DEAD, it’s DEAD. And THEN she said oh yeah, the warranty is voided because you were outside in too cold of weather.

I asked them what the coldest temperature possible is, and was told -15C. She then admitted that they had to update their Canadian site because it didn’t state that anywhere. When I said every city in Canada has -15C at some point, they ignored my emails for days.

I’m convinced they don’t care about customers - they just get a constant stream of new people in who don’t know any better. Their website has 20 5-star reviews only, and when you read them, they clearly were all written by the same person who likes to use “top-notch” a lot. I wrote a 1-star review and they still have never posted it.

Don’t get excited about their “2-year warranty”. You aren’t GETTING anything under warranty if they can help it. They could told you they had a 20 year warranty - it’s irrelevant if they don’t HONOR it.

I now have a bike that doesn’t work; and hadn’t for 3 months. I clearly need another battery - but now I found out that actually, the battery charger was also part of the problem too. A local e-bike repair expert tested the voltage on it and it outputted at only 8 volts when charging my 52 volt battery. So clearly at some point it flaked too.

So I finally contacted for the final time recently, furious with this new info of more inferior goods, and suddenly they said that they could offer me a new battery at 50% off. Just as they did the last time. They don’t care that something on this bike is clearly burning out these batteries or they are just crap. They don’t care that I have a $2500 paperweight here, and they just continue to try and upsell me.

I eventually ordered a new controller and bike charger from them, at the advice of the bike expert, who said he could rebuild the battery for me. The site said orders would ship out in 2 days. 8 days later, no tracking update. I contacted them, and they emailed me a FedEx tracking number.

And I watched over the next week as my items went northeast and then were “successfully delivered” from their California warehouse to somebody in Quebec. 4,000 miles from me. I live in British Columbia, straight north of them and should have received the goods in only a few days. I contacted them again and they gave me yet another FedEx number, which showed a China originating address. It has never been activated, I’ve never gotten my goods, and they now completely ignore my messages. I just recently got a full refund from Mastercard for this outrage, over 2 months later.

THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS. These people clearly don’t care about keeping current customers happy or getting repeat business. One only has to look at the 1-star reviews HERE on Trustpilot to realize that there are plenty of angry customers. Yet THEIR website has been clearly sanitized of negative reviews. THAT is an act of FRAUD, in my opinion.

I've had my Magicycle Cruiser for a little over a year now ... wow - So Worth It! I ride nearly everyday as weather permits. The pedal assist allows my to travel to places/destinations that I never went to on a conventional bike. E-bikes Rule. You'll wonder after buying a Magicycle why you didn't do this sooner.

Great bike. The Deer is a Beast. Quick to respond when I had questions.

These bikes are very well built and have loads of power. We have the Deer model and love the rear mono-shock. Even though the bike is a bit on the heavy side, it is very nimble due to the smaller tires and lower center of gravity.

Bought the Magicycle Deer and took it on its ride today, I'm a big guy and the power and ride were exceptional. Tons of torque and such a smooth ride with the full suspension.

I've never regret doing business with a company this much. They do majority of their business over seas not much if all is handled in the states. this means working with customer service can be painful. The bike I bought came with tons of deep scratches in the paint, they didn't care when I brought it up, the front and rear tires came with a wobble that I had to repair out of pocket myself and again they did not care when I told them. I ordered a rack and an additional battery. Received no communication from them whatsoever about my additional purchases. and over a month later when I had received no responses from them my rack randomly showed up. The battery was an even worse situation because around the one month mark and after trying to get ahold of them repeatedly they finally got back to me saying there was a delay and that it would be another 3 weeks. well after getting the battery 2 months later and minimal communication I recieved a dead battery that also had a really loose and shaky housing structure. In a world where e-bike batteries can be dangerous this isnt a small deal. Customer support hounded me for various types of proof because they thought I was being dishonest about the battery not functioning and wasting a bunch of my time in the back and forth of this. by now I wanted a refund and they tried repeatedly to just exchange me another battery. There are so many other decent and good ebike brands out there like Aventon, Velotric or even Lectric if you are trying to save money. Dont make the same mistake I did and DO NOT BUY from magicycle.

Waited two and a half years to get this bike (Ocelot Pro). Hydraulic brakes, 20Ah battery. 20" wheels make this ebike handle very nimble. much better than moped style bikes because you can adjust the seat height and is very comfortable on long rides. Plus the pedals allow you to ride on bike trails. Love the Ocelot Pro.

The customer service is top notch. Had millions of questions before my purchase that was answered instantly.

Great E-Bike bought two Deer one for me and one for the wife!!!

Very well built bike, but battery life is no where near what is advertised on the website, and the customer service response is basically non-existent. They respond with platitudes but no action to resolve the poor battery life or deceptive advertising. The website claims the cruiser will get 55 miles. I can ride about 30 miles on PAS level 1 before my battery is drained. I’m disappointed to say the least. I should be offered a replacement battery.

My Cruiser Pro Magicycle is a great fit for me and the size and speed are perfect for my needs. I love joyriding and visiting places around my neighborhood. heading to school etc Looking forward to many trips etc the Company is great and promise what they say. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an E-Bike

I just ordered the Ocelot Pro for my son for Christmas. I can't wait to see his face on Christmas!
