Very poor so you pick a date yep did that day before needed. Waited in all day ndver arrived so says its coming next day to not be posted yet describes as mail bake through letter box no need for you to be in. So ive paid for absolutely wasted cake that im then told of the company it 1 to 3 working days for delivery anniversary cake and card wasted company response extremely poor and would i recommend defintley not

Ordered a cake and personalised card specifically for my husband’s 40th birthday, with confirmation stating it would arrive on 30th September. It never arrived, leaving me with no cake and no card the night before his birthday. We leave for holiday first thing in the morning, so a late delivery is completely pointless. Really disappointing service for such an important milestone birthday.

Ooh yummy!
Package arrived on the Sunday, my daughter's Birthday.
She rang to thank me, saying it was a lovely surprise and the cakes were delicious, she shared them, plus the sweets, with her partner and my grandson. So I said they will get the same again this month for my grandsons 5th Birthday. I got a very loud "Ooh yummy" 😁

Absolutely angelic cake slices like pieces of clouds
I have just received one of these letterbox treats as a surprise from my sister. Oh my goodness they are delicious! They are packaged beautifully and well wrapped to keep them fresh. I opened them straight away and tucked in, they tasted like they had just come out of the oven , absolutely gorgeous!!. What a lovely idea as a gift to send to someone. Thanks so much for making my day! I am going to order my own going forward and a lovely local company to me aswell which is even better

Was not delivered on time
Was not delivered on time. I ordered on the Wednesday for delivery on Friday. Checked on the Thursday all was ok for delivery and was told it would be delivered on the Friday and it didn’t arrive till the Saturday. My relative didn’t even get a card on her birthday. I was so disappointed, emailed to say it wasn’t delivered on time and was told as it was delivered on the Saturday nothing could be done. £18 for two pieces of cake and a card to get delivered is a lot of money, especially when it doesn’t even get to them on their birthday.

Late Delivery Kind of Ruined it!
Cakes arrived on 28th despite parcel being marked 26th, with only 2 days left before expiry date of 30th September. Quite disappointing as there were 2 boxes thoughtfully sent by a good friend and there's no way I can finish them all before the expiry date.
