Sent cakes to my daughter and her boyfriend, as they moved into a flat. They absolutely loved them! Such a great way to give a treat.

This was my first time ordering and unfortunately I’m really disappointed with the whole experience.

I gave plenty of notice when placing my order and selected the date I needed it to arrive, but when I checked the tracking, the parcel wasn’t even collected by Royal Mail until the evening of the day it was supposed to be delivered.

I completely understand that delivery dates aren’t guaranteed and that delays with Royal Mail can happen, but in this case they weren’t actually given the parcel until the day it was due to arrive, so there was very little chance of it reaching me on time.

I also messaged on the 16th asking what had happened and was told someone would get back to me ASAP, but I then heard nothing until the 19th, which was disappointing.

Unfortunately, when you’re ordering a cake for a specific occasion, it arriving after the date you need it makes the order pretty pointless. Really disappointing for my first order, especially as I made sure to order with plenty of notice.

The cakes arrived late from the chosen date which was the fault of the courier not the seller, the boxes were open as they would not close properly. The slices are very thin, I thought they would have been slightly thicker. Although they tasted good. Price wise I think that they were a little too expensive for what you got, the card wasn't even a card perszey it was just a cardboard box.

The cakes I ordered arrived a day late.
I ordered them for my son and family they said the cakes were lovely and quite big.

A nice treat for birthdays. A change from the usual bunch of flowers or a bottle of wine.

I did not taste the cakes delivered but my cousin whose birthday it was for was delighted. Stated cakes lovely and moist . Thought it was a novel birthday card and present.

I got this for my mum after knee replacement surgery and she absolutely loved it and said the cakes were beautiful as well as the message from her granddogs 😄. The order process was super easy and delivery was exceptional, my mum got it delivered on a Sunday. Lucy was absolutely brilliant as I thought I got my order delivering to the wrong address, the reply was super quick, super helpful and super friendly. They don't just send generic emails back, they care about their customers and I got lovely replies and even wishing my mum well. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. I am ordering from them again for definite and I would definitely recommend ordering from them for any occasion ☺️

My wife loved her surprise!!

My friend sent me a piece of their vanilla and jam and it was lovely! Fresh and moist, absolutely delicious. Came in a cute envelope and box with a special message printed inside from my friend

Both friends who I have sent these to were over the moon. Apparently the ‘Bruce’ is amazing chocolate cake. Beautifully packaged and really straightforward ordering.

Whilst the idea was nice the cakes however were dry and had a funny taste to them! My friend ordered them as a surprise as myself and my partner have been going through a bad time! Whilst they looked good the taste was disappointing
