My watch arrived and it wasnt working, cant get a replacment, as the model wanted is sold out, still waiting for the returns arrive back to them to get a refund

Compre el reloj a principios de Agosto y au. Hoy 17 de Septiembre no lo he recibido, he enviado múltiples emails pidiendo cancelar el pedido y ni un solo email me lo han respondido, una pésima atención al cliente. A fecha de hoy no se donde esta el reloj ni donde está mi dinero. Cuidado con esta página.
