mainspringboutique.com Reviews

Easy website to use & order confirmation process. Well packaged & trusted supplier.
Great range of watches will full specifications on website

Great service outstanding watch quality highly recommended

I purchased a watch for a really good price. Shipping was fast, I felt well informed about the delivery, packaging is sufficient and protective. However, two things were intransparent for me as an EU-buyer: Firstly a rebate was promoted but didn't work. This wasn't an issue, as the watch already came for a twice reduced price - but the reason the rebate didn't work should be named. Secondly I wasn't aware that I have to pay about 35% taxes and handling. I would have been great to get to know this before purchasing. Nonetheless, excellent experience and a recommended seller.

Watch turned up exactly when they said it would, well pleased with service and the watch will be using mainspring for future purcheses

A diver style watch that costs 144GBP and has a water resistance of 50m??? No screw down crown???

This company really cares about it's customers I had an issue with getting a watch back to them I couldn't believe it they refunded my taxi fare to and from my post office as IAM disabled and arranged for a home pick up the care and integrity from mainspring boutique is second to none they went completely out of there way to help me which IAM so grateful for and on the watches they sell they have the best deals in the country I've had many watches from mainspring boutique you won't find better deals fast delivery if you have any problems there on it very quickly you won't get watch deals anywhere else

A Nice selection of watches and often sold at good prices. I got a warehouse clearance watch for a very good price. Most of the watches are made in China or Hong Kong, and are overpriced compared to AliExpress. But now and again there are some good deals.

All good.
Excellent product.
Great price.
Delivered on time.
What's not to like?

The item ordered was delivered within 2 days (which am impressed with) the item well packaged.

I had to chase up my order. Not delivered within stated time

Great regular offers and usually delivered quickly. Highly recommended!

The winder looks good and does it's job, but it's rather noisier than I had hoped or expected.

Bought two of these Nubeo winders, as I have two of this brand watches. They appear to be be "new old stock" as the boxes were not in the best condition, and the perpex domes had a sticky films over them. After half an hour of cleaning a polishing, they look ok, but not perfect. As they were heavily discounted from the RRP, it wasn't worth returning them, and they appear to work ok.
Not the usual Nubeo quality.

Great product, speedy delivery.

Excellent service
Was hunting for this particular watch, highly recommend, delivery was 100%

Quick delivery. Tracking even quicker than the deliverant.

Watch arrived on time. For the price the quality is excellent, fits perfectly and people have passed complimentary remarks on it.

As usual with Mainspring Boutique an excellent service great prices and very quick delivery.

Great online retailer with excellent quality ranges and often special offers which are hard to resist, they've got my vote as an amateur watch enthusiast
