If I could leave 0 stars I would! £30 I paid for the worst quality gift I’ve ever brought!
£7.99 for shipping for something that was posted through my letter box! £3.99 for a gift box that arrived damaged after paying £1.99 for shipping insurance! The puzzles promoted are not what is sent! I really am appalled!! Please don’t waste your money

I purchased 4 personalised jigsaws yesterday and paid £47.96 for them, for 3 boys and one girl using the children’s names and descriptions, and they showed up ok when I paid for them, but my order summary was not what I ordered, it was changed to All L for Laylas, so within minutes I contacted them to get it changed to what my order should have been, and what I paid for, but their refusing to change it or give me a refund back and expecting me to pay 30% on changing it, to what was their mistake, and also with me writing to them about it so quickly, how can they already be made and being shipped out etc, I wish I had looked at the reviews before I purchased anything of them, as I see other people have had similar experience as me from this so called company, so now if I even get them I’m going to be left with 4 wrong jigsaw puzzles which was their mistake in the first place, and their no good to me, what a waste of money, this company needs to sort themselves out and correct what they did was wrong, why would people pay for products that they didn’t order, im absolutely fuming with it all!!

Shocked at the product I received for the price! Can’t even describe the poor quality, also paid £3.99 to add a gift box for the jig saw; and they’ve literally printed out a picture and stuck it on top of the box! I’m honestly in shock at how bad it is. Definitely won’t be using again!

Ordered this item and within five minutes of placing the order contacted them to ask to amend one of the puzzles as a letter was missing. They contacted me 48hours saying this isn't possible as the item is in production though I made this request within five minutes of processing. Surely, with any other well designed thoughtfully crafted businesses or services a customer has the right to amend and cancel an order.
Their customer services people seem to not care or have a understanding. Their delivery times are long over three weeks to wait for a kids basic puzzle therefore the kids will not get their gifts in time for Christmas as they need to be posted to different locations.
They have costly delivery charges too would never use them or recommend them.

My daughter wanted her drawing made into a plush toy. She saved up her pocket money and paid £42 to get it made. What came is an abomination. They basically printed her drawing on to fabric and it's made into a tiny weirdly shaped cushion - not what she asked for! Really disappointed for her. I can't believe they actually sent this out. If I could show a picture what was sent it would put everyone off! Emailed them Friday and still waiting for a response.

Very quick to respond with personalised bricks. Received it earlier than expected. Perfect gift!

Not a great product... I paid around £25 for what I assumed was a large child size personalised puzzle. In the photos they look massive and in reality it was tiny. Ridiculously tiny and not worth the mo eu. The quality was bad as well

DO NOT BUY!!!! such terrible quality products and they won’t even respond so i can get a refund. go elsewhere!!

Ok so my hand towel was very nice but my shower curtain, you can barely see the design, I paid extra for VIP service thinking that they would check it. The design is so faint you have to hold it up to the window to see the pattern. Its not the first time I have designed my own shower curtain but the first and last time I use this company. I can't believe anyone would post this to a customer someone must have noticed why don't people take responsibility for their work.
Ok so I had a reply from them they offered me 5.38 for the creases, I told them to keep their money, please be careful with this company, wished I looked here first. I wish I knew how to attached a photo of it

I ordered £500.00 worth of customized t-shirts and on website says 3-5 working days and got 5 of 16 t-shirts delivered for a stag do and the photos were not what I requested.

What a fantastic experience to deal with Makephotopuzzle. The personalized swimming costumes we ordered are well made and great fun.
Communication with the Makephotopuzzle team was more than superb.
Altogether an extremely uplifting and happy experience.

Don't not use this company total rubbish very bad quality stay well clear at all cost, you will waste you money going within a mile of it,

Please do not use this online retailer. The item took weeks to arrive. As from their website, you may think they’re UK based, but they’re actually based in China.

The item was in poor condition, arrived damaged. When contacting their customer service department to ask for a full refund they ignore you. Offered a replacement even when I initially stated already that I didn’t want one. Then offered me 40% off another product even though the product they sent was awful.

Will never buy from this online retailer again as I’m £30 worse off with a product that’s destined for the bin!!!

I've paid over £30 for the shirt to be missing 1 of my daughter's face.
She's 3 and was very upset when she didn't saw her picture in her daddy shirt just her sister's.

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible quality, wasn't even filled properly. Wouldn't have paid £5 for it, let alone over £30.00. Refused a refund, despite it not being as advertised. Avoid at all costs, there are much better companies out there.

Ordered a shirt for a good friend to celebrate his 75th. Sent his pic off shirt delivered a couple of weeks later excellent
