I bought TV at Mall.hr and first time using it I saw malfunction in a form of rectangle shade on the left side of the screen and there was missing silicone protection at left side.
I sent TV back to them and asked for new one, since TV arrived with malfunction.
First reply was that TV doesn't have shade - confirmed by their official servis in Slovenia (The shade can be seen with your bare eye) and i got same TV back.
I applied new form and sent it again, asking for a new TV altough costumer service via email wanted to convince me that it should be fixed by servis shop by waranty (after they said the TV was fine).
Again got the same TV back, then I decided to send them TV again and after many emails and worst generic cold costumer service I fullfiled application at my Bank for Chargeback. After more than six month since shopping I got my money back via Chargeback.
Mall.hr took me a lot of time spent writing emails, calling, being frustrated and worried. The WORST shopping experience I've ever had. You deffinitely don't want this kind of experience, avoid it.

They are THE WORST. I bought a rice cooker a week ago, and paid for the next day delivery. 10 days later, they have no idea where my rice cooker is or when will it be delivered. Customer support is beyond useless, without any soft skill, information or even literacy. Horrible experience, avoid at all costs.

Jako loše iskustvo, čista prevara, nadoplaćena dostava 50 kn da stigne idući dan, naravno, nije stiglo. 6ja prva i zadnja kupnja...

I pruchased a fridge from them 20 days ago. It was supposed to arrive 9 days ago but they cancelled my order and did't even bother to notify me as the customer. The reason was the wrong delivery adress.
I contacted Mall. hr couple of times but they didn't resolve the issue and they couldn't even tell me where this parcel is.
I called also the delivery service couple for times to see what happend to my order and to try to resolve this through their service.
The fridge finally arrived today and I hope its working because I do not want to go through all this once more.
Mall.hr service is slow, inefficent, unorganized with very bad customer relations. This is my worse online shopping experince.
My advice is not to buy from them, but if you do, do not pay your purchase in advance. This way you will be able to cancel your order and not to worry about the refund.

Kako je ovo moguće, da ovakva tvrtka posluje ??? Ljudi moji ako kupite od ovih bandita ista onda ste vi ludi - kao šta sam ja lud bio i sada jurim da mi vrate pare. Oni su čak gori od bandita, bandita možete viditi i znate da nemozete očekivati ništa dobro od njih a ovi se kriju iza web stranice i mame ljude pa im uzmu pare

One star is to much!!!
We are geting a dish washing machine delivered today and they now tell me that they deliver to the front of your house not to your door!
We live on the 2nd floor and I asked the driver how can we solve this, can he help me carry it upstairs and he said no!!! The companies policy is to the front of the house or the car park!
I even offered to pay him and again he said no!!!
We have deliveries to our flat all of the time and have never had this problem!!!

I ordered GoproHeRO 10 at the black friday 29.10.2021. on the discount, today is 10.01.2022. i still didnt got no camer or refund !!! I called suport ten times and every time the say they will solve the problem and conntact me back, but this never happened!!!
They are scams and i reportet it to the autorities!!!

I ordered three items, hoping that the delivery date will be as stated on the webshop, after a week of waiting I contacted them and received information that two of the three items do not have ...
Therefore the worst rating goes for this site ..
First of all, you need to know that the customer's trust in what brings profit to your company, if you lie to the customer about the delivery date, that date can damage your customer in his business and the cost of waiting / lost work due to delivery lies on your part, is very unprofessional. The delivery date on the web must be accurate so that the customer can choose which employer is better to invest the money in to make it easier to keep the promise of their clients.
Very dissatisfied with the service, I do not recommend working with companies that work in the way of raising capital through false representations.

Naručila sam paket 16.9. te je bilo rečeno da ću ga moći pokupiti već 18.9. Od tog datuma pa nadalje svaki dan su pomicali datum otpreme za slijedeći dan i nije bilo nikakve komunikacije o tome kada će paket stići. Odgovarali su mi na mailove u roku od par dana, ali nekakvih informacija o dostavi nikada nije bilo. Samo "paket bi se trebao nalaziti u pošti" a paket se nije nalazio u pošti. Zvala sam dostavnu službu koja mi je rekla da oni nakon 2 tjedna još nisu ni obradili narudžbu a meni je bilo rečeno da je narudžba "na putu". Nakon 3 tjedna im šaljem mail i kažem da ću doći osobno u skladište po svoj paket kada oni meni odgovore za 1 minutu da je paket već stigao u poštu, a meni to nitko nije javio. Nemojte naručivati od ove stranice ako želite sačuvati svoje živce.

Naručio sam 2 gume za motocikl. Posalna je jedna kao naručena druga potpuno različita. Vjerojatno je bila zadnja na skladištu jer sada tvrde da ne mogu zamjenit. Osjecam se prevareno. tolpla preporuka da ne koristite mall.hr nego da svoje proizvode naručite od noramalnog dobavljača npr za moto gume mottobok za cipele daichman...

Automatski generisani odgovori. Korisnicka sluzba - sta je to?! Dostava nikada.
Jedina pozitivna stvar je da su mi vratili novac.

Automatic (generic) responses to any email question, 3 weeks and still not delivered, no apologizing for it, no explaining what happened.
Only good thing is that they actually refunded me.

Waiting on the refund for 2 months. Probably won't get it. Wont buy ever again.

The worst Internet sales. Not professional and not kind, mostly a scam

Nesposobni ljudi rade koji neznaju ispravan račun napisati. Roba se dobije bez potvrđene garancije a upute na Norveškom.
Jednu narudžbu čekam već 4 tjedna a oni kažu da nemogu oni pomoći.. Nikad više

Ordered few items worth 550kn, they delivered items to the wrong address. They don’t want to deal with this issue themselves but told me to contact DPD??? As I didn’t get any support I contacted DPD only to find out mall.hr gave DPD the wrong address, address that wasn’t on my account. Tried to get in touch with mall.hr but no one is answering to my emails. Bunch of crooks should be avoided at all costs.

Absolutely the worst webshop in the region. Communication with customer service incredibly slow, return process unnecessarily complicated, refusing to process the refund the same way the payment was processed (will not refund money on your credit card, insisting on a bank transfer instead)

When you are placing your order you can choose the delivery date. Once you pay, you receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your payment and the delivery date you chose, but now it is called the dispatch date. Delivery and dispatch are two different words. This is a deliberate misleading. And then, when you immediately cancel your order, you don't receive any confirmation e-mail. You have to call them. Then you get an e-mail in which, again misleadingly, says your item has already been picked up by the delivery service. A blatant lie. And the refund was not done within the promised time frame.

Kasne sa isporukom tjednima, ne odgovaraju na upite, kad ih se konačno uspije kontaktirati nemaju pojma zašto još nisu poslali. Govore da će saznati i javiti, pa ne javljaju i tako u krug.
