The web site works well and finding the information I wanted was not hard

The money was in my bank when you said it would be.

I was treated with courtesy and respect, answered all my questions, my funds arrived promptly, I couldn't ask for more than that, could i.

Overall I was satisfied with the online experience. My transaction was handled in a reasonable timeframe.
I got done what I needed to get done.

Staff here are experts in their products (one hopes) but they don't communicate well with their non-expert clients.

Absolutely appalling service, told them that I wanted to transfer from their own staff scheme on 5th February and told today that they need a form completed by the staff scheme to enable them to proceed having told me four weeks ago that the transfer would be completed in fourteen working days.
This after they had delayed payment of tax free cash previously and paid compensation as a result.

Very professional and efficient

I have an investment bond and have fruitlessly tried to withdraw money from it for several weeks. I have made application online and have successfully uploaded required documents. At the end of the process a window appears with the message “We cannot process your request right now please try again later”. I have used all means to communicate with them, messaging, chat and phone and not one person was able to resolve the problem. I have managed to get an application form to be posted to me and this will take 10 days to process when they received it. There clearly is a fault in their system that appears unresolvable. An extremely frustrating and very disappointing experience overall. I doubt if a reply to email them will help as I have already contacted the help service to no avail

Took some of my pension in a one off lump sum ,easy process compared to some companies ive dealt with .recommend them

I am over 11 weeks into an attempt to get my money in my bond back from the Pru. They do not respond in a timely manner, they contradict themselves, their systems fail to do the basics and they invent hurdles. I am at the point of involving solicitors because of the unjustified delays. My account is just a standard bond, nothing special. The last communication was to tell me it will take 7 working to tell me why they hadn't fulfilled their last 7 working day promise.
Ed 20/4 Their latest communication was to say that the documents I provided over two weeks ago, are not visible to them, despite 1) them confirming they could see them weeks ago and 2) them clearly appearing as uploaded on their platform.
