Absolutely DISGUSTED!! I was trying to fix my washing machine and couldn’t find my manual, so looked online. It appeared to me that it would cost less than a pound to download. Then I looked at my banking and they have taken £130.40. I emailed them and they referred me to their terms and conditions!! What an absolute SCAM!!!!

These people have billed me for a £133. for a camera manual. That I’ve not even downloaded as I would not pay a £133.00 for a manual that’s why I’ve not downloaded it Im going to have to contact the bank to dispute it as fraud theses people play on people anc it disgust me that they take advantage. WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM NEVER EVER BEWARE THERE FRAUDSTER AND SCAM ARTIST DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT I JUST HOPE MY BANK CAN HELP

Don't use this company they are not kosher. They took 130.40 from my account for a phantom subscription after failing to send the online manual that I paid 83p for. They have not replied to my online request to unsubscribe and I have had to write to head office. Eventually, after an appointment with a Santander bank manager and multiple online conversation the fraudulent charge has been reversed and the company blocked. They may, however, according to the bank, make a charge against the account in another name inttwo months time. Stressful experience at 84.

I paid 84p. Got a download for 211 pages of the refrigeration unit for my car and not owners manual. A few days later they took £130.85 from my account. I conracted the bank and they froze the account. I contacted manualsmate and they said they will email me today and the money will be repaid. Her's hoping

They tried to extract £130.34 from my bank. Good old Nationwide blocked it immediately.
I did get a manual download, but it was for the wrong item.
Be aware folks.

Fortunatamente sfogliando sul sito mi rendo conto che dopo una settimana avrebbero addebitato un abbonamento di 47 euro. Quindi fatto disdetta immediatamente, ricevuto lettera di conferma della disdetta, Speriamo finisca lì. Per fortuna sulla carta ricaricabile utilizzata ci sono solo più 4 euro, quindi non possono arricchirsi molto.

Total scam had to chase for manual when download finally arrived not the right one just thought 82p no great loss!!! They then tried to take £130.40 from my account which thankfully was picked up by Barclaycard fraud dept. I immediately emailed and cancelled acct as no mention of subscription on website, they did reply advising cancelled as goodwill gesture!!!! . Do not use

Bin leider auch hereingefallen und habe die Belastung der Kreditkarte mit 149,90€ erst nach dem zweiten mal bemerkt. Die für 0,95€ angeforderte Anleitung habe ich auch nie erhalten, es wurde auf ein ähnliches Teil verwiesen.... sehr unseriös.

You'ld expect these manuals to download immediately, but that doesnt happen. I did see the mention of a 'subscription', when I see that all alarm bells go off in my head, so I cancelled immediately. I understand from other reviewers it might take up to 2 days for it to arrive. I thought in principle this might be a good service.

Do not use this company. I ordered a manual for 82p which arrived 2 days later, then a week later they tried to take an annual subscription of £130.40 which I new nothing about from my Barclaycard, which thankfully Barclaycard declined and have blacklisted them. Do not use this company, they are nothing but a bunch of scammers.

Absolut unseriös, Abonnementverlängerung für 149,90€ sehr versteckt, keine weitere Ankündigung für die Abbuchung, geliefert wurde auch nichts, das ist eine üble Betrugsmasche. Den Rest regelt meine Bank.
Mein Vorschlag: Hände weg von dieser Firma.

I've just discovered that manualsmate.com have signed me up for a subscription of £129.99. I did NOT sign up for this and had no knowledge that there even was a subscription. I had already been charged £0.81 for a motorhome owner's manual and was sent a completely useless Warranty and Service book.
manualsmate.com website is clearly designed to scam. AVOID manualsmate.com AT ALL COST.

I ordered a manuel for my oven, price £00.95, over a week ago, never received it. Thus morning I received a text from my bank asking if I made a purchase for £129.69 at 00.23 at manuelsmatecom.
Im on the phone to the bank now.
Apparently Manuelsmate tried to take that money for a subscription, so be careful, I will not be going anywhere near this scam company again. Lessoned learned.

Only 1 star because you can’t give zero. This is just daylight robbery. They couldn’t find the manual I wanted so sent me something useless and generic. Then a couple of months later charged me £59 for a 6 monthly subscription. The automatic subscription was not mentioned, or at least was not made clear, on their website. This is just an excuse to scam you with an automatic subscription. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The site found the manual I required quickly and it was charged at a very good rate - under £1.00 and applied to my credit card on ordering.

However, there was no reference to an ongoing subscription in the emails or website but within 48 hours a charge of £129.99 was made to my credit card which I had not approved. This was not advised by email and, had I not been checking at the end of month, I would probably not have noticed for some time.

I am now pushing for a refund after cancelling my account. Their automatic systehas cancelled my Subscription for future payments (in 2 months) but their Customer Service team just said "tough we've got your money"

Interestingly, since I making the purchase, I my Scam Website software has registered the Manualsmate.com as "potential scam"

I suggest you avoid this operation

DON'T USE. Paid for a manual which I didn't receive. All they want is your bank account details to take subscription of £126. SCAMMERS. I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before even paying them a £1

Scammed out of 150 euros after paying 0.9 euro for trial offer. Thank you Lloyds for getting my money back. Do not give card details to this company.

Dodgy company! Do not use!! After paying 90p for a manual for an old microwave 2 months ago, out of the blue this company have taken over £100 from my account!! Was a bizzare sum of £128.30, so I'm guessing they thought I wouldn't notice!
