I can’t speak highly enough of Marco Harris and the exceptional service I received throughout the sale of my home. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and far less stressful than I ever expected.

A special mention has to go to Connor, who was absolutely outstanding. His communication was clear and consistent, he was always willing to go the extra mile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Connor’s knowledge, support, and genuine commitment made a huge difference, and I felt completely confident having him in my corner.

If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares, delivers on their promises, and provides first-class service, I would highly recommend Marco Harris. I’m incredibly grateful for all their hard work and couldn’t be happier with the result.

We have only recently completed our purchase through Marco Harris. Sam was the person that had supported us throughout the whole process. From the first time he showed us around the property, to when he handed over the keys, he was incredibly helpful, extremely polite, and his professionalism really shone through towards the closing stages of the process, when he stayed really close to us, and proactively engaged with the other parties involved. Professional, responsive, polite, honest, transparent, all very fittings adjectives to describe Sam’s work ethic and approach. Would highly recommend.

As first time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Sam! He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish; great communication, happy to answer all questions and quick to chase the solicitors involved when things were going a bit wrong to work together for a solution! The WhatsApp chat he created with me and my husband meant that we were both kept fully informed throughout the whole process. If/when we decide to sell, we’ll definitely be going back to Sam!

Amy has been phenomenal from start to finish; her communication, strategy about the sale. Just everything has been outstanding. We had the property up with another agent before and the service is miles apart. Couldn’t recommend Amy or MH highly enough!

We didn't have a house that "sells itself", after a long stint and many disappointments with another agency we wanted someone who would do more than just let people in through the door and that's why we chose Marco Harris because their approach stood out from the rest. After initial visit from Amy and hearing that she would be solely looking after us start to finish we were feeling hopeful. The photos were beautiful and it didn't take long to find the buyers as she was able to sell the potential of the home. And even though sales progression presented some challenges, her perseverance and negotiation skills saw us through to completion. We are very thankful she helped us move onto a new chapter of our lives.

A compliment with regards to Coren. She is dealing with a purchase & has been the most helpful person I have encountered in this process.

The marketing of both properties was amazing, with the video truly bringing the property to life and that showed with both properties selling in a week. During the process we hit a few bumps in the road. Marco Harris worked hard to hit a deadline for completion and would like to thank Amy for helping to achieve this.

Following the recent sale of our house through Marco Harris, I felt the need to write a review, something I wouldn’t normally do, however Sam was truly exceptional!

From the very outset, their online marketing was a breath of fresh air, something that really attracted us to them as agents.

We decided to try Marco Harris after being on the market for over a year with two other agents and zero offers. I had confidence that all viewings booked were quality over quantity, not wasting our time with people who were not proceedable. I cannot recommend Sam enough! In just under 6 months he had secured us two offers and a buyer. Sam was there every step of the way with us from day 1 all the way through the conveyancing process liaisng with our solicitor and giving us plenty of updates. I loved that all the communication was via WhatsApp meaning we weren’t having to wait hours or days for an email response and Sam would always respond quickly with a voice note. We're so pleased we decided to go with Marco Harris, and Sam in particular. He managed to find a buyer for our property before we got to market and then we had Sam as a contact throughout the whole process, not just supporting our sale but our purchase also.

Sam managed expectations along the way, contacted other estate agents and solicitors when chasing needed to be done, and even chased a house builder for updates for an issue that was holding up the chain. We always found Sam very professional, even when it felt things were about to fall apart! He kept calm and made sure we stayed on top of everything that was in our power to control.
