I absolutely loved the design of the 2-carat ring, but the gold tone wasn’t quite what I expected. I reached out to their customer service, and Divine, who assisted me, was incredibly patient and kind. They happily replaced the ring with a silver one instead—and it’s absolutely beautiful and perfect.
More than anything, it’s their exceptional customer service that truly sets this company apart. The level of care and attention they showed me is unmatched. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again!

I loved my purchases from them and decided to purchase again. I had ordered a engagement ring and a wedding band however the company that was delivering messed up and gave both of my orders the same delivery number but once Divine from the company discover the mistake I was very happy to receive both of my purchases. Additionally my previous purchase a few months ago one of the moissanite fell out on the side of the Ring and they were kind enough to send me a free replacement and I had only worn that ring once and it was noted bye a friend that it had fallen out within an hour of me wearing it.

I now have four rings and two pair of earings. They are all beautiful and authentic looking. I am happy with the purchases. Shipping was quick and efficient.

I ordered a ring that arrived and although it was lovely it was tiny. I followed the process to exchange it. Basically i have paid £17.50 to return a ring to Austrailia and was told i would get an exchange for the size required. I have emailed them several times and also gone on the instagram page . The messages get read n just no one at all replies. They need to invest in customer services because this is shocking. Had i of known the company was like this i really wouldnt have bothered. Im ging to give it a couple of weeks to see if i get my exchange if not i will take this matter further,

I ordered a ring for my wifes 60th birthday but when the ring arrived it wasn't to my wifes liking so I contacted Mariqe and explained what my problem was, they very kindly said although it wasn't their mistake they'd be most happy to arrange a replacement ring of my wifes choice and quickly sorted it's shipment to me. I cannot thank them enough for their support and help and would recommend them without hesitation. No doubt we'll be looking on their website in the future should we decide to buy anymore jewellery.

The ordering process is a breeze, and the website has beautiful pictures of the items.
Shipping was fast and the packaging was impressive. It was packed so well there’s no way something would’ve happened to damage the item inside I was very impressed.

I was truly impressed with my purchase of my ring! No words can express how happy I am with it and how beautiful this stone, setting, and the band are made!!! My wish was that I could have seen this piece and the quality and detail and workmanship earlier!! The comparison between a diamond and this piece is , well I can’t tell the difference!! In fact the MARIQE, Moissanite is more brilliant than any diamond I’ve ever owned or seen !

A little sad I thought the 2 caret ring would be more believable. It has the sparkle but looks way too white shame as I was so looking forward to it

I ordered the wrong size ring and the company were quick to respond and replace. The gold is really natural on my 2 carrot diamond ring and matches my 18 carrot wedding ring . Looks like a real diamond and is admired by my friends , they carnt believe it is not a real diamond.
I recommend this company and I am a very happy customer.

I went on a cruise, and everybody looked at my ring and admire how sparkling and beautiful it is. I told them it's a Mariqe!!!

As I had ordered incorrectly by asking for 3 x 1 ,you thought it meant 1x3 carat, but it was the other way around, I wished for 3x1 carat. But one moment later I managed to rechange the order into the right thing and all three friends are happy with the earrings now.

I was a little worried about ordering online in case it was a scam, the ring I received was absolutly gorgeous, I love love love it,
