Mariqe Reviews

My ring is not only Beautiful, and came quickly, but was also delivered in a beautiful gift box with a certificate of authenticity.I have constant compliments on it while working in my Retail Store, most believing it is a genuine diamond!

I am delighted with the Eterna necklace and the surprise gift that came with it.
Great looking pendant and excellent delivery service.I liked that they kept me informed where the delivery was every step of the way.
I definitely would buy from them again.

When the ring we'd ordered arrived it wasn't the correct size. Divine from the customer was extremely helpful and we had the correct size ring shipped out which fit perfectly!

WOW ! What Stunning Jewlery ! I ordered a 2kt necklace, its so shinny and bright its hard to believe its not a diamond. I would recommend Mariqe to anyone who's looking for a Anniversery, Wedding or Birthday gift . I was so excited to recieve my necklace on time. It was so nice to be able to track its location. I know I will enjoy wearing my necklace, plus my free gift of beautiful 2kt Mariqe stud earring . Thank You Mariqe for the joy you have given me.

It is beautiful u love it

Good communication, nice gift included with order, beautiful product.

My wife loves the earrings and it looks very chic. I like the quality and price. There was a problem with delivery in that i was never notified by the delivery service that the product was available for pickup Mariqe sent another package and was happy with the communication. I would order from them again.

REFUSING TO REFUND THE RINGS.

DO not trust this company. First of all the product comes from China. The rings are of average quality.

They WILL NOT honor their refund policy. Youll have the ship the rings back to Australia and they will respond vaguely to your emails. I have been waiting 6 months for my refund. They say they can only issue 1 refund per day. Totally unacceptable.

UPDATE: Have just received full refund for both items. Customer service was responsive, but accounting department’s policy of one refund per day is troubling.

I returned 2 rings (and have a confirmed receipt from USPS International shipping with a signed receipt on April 9, 2025). After several emails to customer service, I am still awaiting a refund back to my credit card. It's been almost one month and this is not a "Hassle-Free" refund by any means (and I had to pay for international shipping to get the rings back to Australia).

The last 2 emails back to me stated:
" Due to internal system limitations, we are currently able to process only one refund per day. We understand this may cause some delays, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

I sent back an order of three rings... Have not received a full refund as of yet.i have emailed numerous times, always same BS answer, "So sorry" but not resolution. They are refunding one item at a time instead of full order. Still waiting on final refund after three months. do not buy from this company. You'll spend more in the cost of sending your times back to Australia!! What a joke... They are not easy returns but costly and such a headache. Shouldn't be this difficult. I found a better place in the California called Modgents. This hasn't been a good experience. Terrible customer service!

A very positive experience! We went shopping and this was the obvious choice. from placing the online order to the tracked delivery, it couldn't have been easier. The quality is first class. A jewelry piece that will be handed down for many generations.

Presentation was excellent included a free gift. The ring I purchased compares well with other moissanite jewellery in my collection. Delivery was well tracked and kept me informed. Id recommend Mariqe to my family and friends

I started the return process for a pair of earrings on January 27th 2025. They keep making excuses why I can’t receive my refund though original instructions were to send tracking for the item’s return to AUSTRALIA. I paid for that $20 and still no refund. I am exhausted with the back and forth with no refund or resolution.

Honestly these are as good or better than diamonds. Value is absolutely undeniable. These could easily sell for 5x the cost and still be a good deal.

I ordered a ring and was really excited about it. I received a delivery notice, checked where it was supposed to be and it wasn’t there. Customer service immediately stepped up and sent me a replacement. I received it today and it’s beautiful! I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a minor concern with my 2 carat ring and without question, the issue was promptly resolved. The jewelry is very high quality and I endorse the company and products. Thank you

The ring is beautiful! Brilliance and diamond-like shine! Great price point.

Really very pleased with my beautiful ring from Mariqe. It even came with a pair of free stud earrings. What a lovely surprise. The customer service was absolutely excellent as I had an issue with Royal Mail but on reaching out to Mariqe they were brilliant. Thank you Divine, your helpful responses made me feel valued. The ring itself is stunning & very believable, will be great to wear while on holiday. I will be buying more from this company in future.

The quality is great. It's everything they claim it to be. Love the earrings I purchase.
