The premium didn't go up!
Renewing my policy was so easy. The premium did not rise from last year which these days is very unusual. I can't comment on the claims procedure as I am yet to make a claim but if it is as consistent as the rest of the way this company does business, I don't see o problem.

Excellent on service and price
Every thing from taking the insurance policy out was straight forward no misleading wording and and I have a card to carry around with me if anything goes wrong, My husband has had 2 insurance policies out with them and we would highly recommend them.
