I had to put one star and zero isn’t available.

You insure a wheelchair, get a policy saying how much it is insured for, but when you come to claim you get a ridiculous offer nowhere near the insured amount.

You then cancel the policy - no point in having a policy when the wheelchair isn’t usable! However Mark Bates ignores your request, and months later contacts you by phone, when again you state the policy was cancelled and ask them not to contact you again and then comes the email for renewing the policy and they have the nerve to quote a higher renewal as you have claimed. Last years premium was just over half of what they paid out! They don’t seem to understand cancel this policy!
If they bother to read this - please remove me from your system and do not contact me again!

I like their continued contact by emails& letters however, I didn't use their service I don't understand their role.

Unfortunately the call handler did not understand that being my elderly aunts power of attorney gave me the right to pay for my aunt’s renewal of insurance on her behalf, so she insisted that I make the 20 mile round trip so she could speak to (by the way she is deaf) my aunt so she can give her permission to allow me to pay on her behalf, bit of a joke but I had to make the journey to get her to say one word YES, hopefully they will train their staff to understand better.

So far so good
