There was a free month when I purchased my mobility scooter and I thought that I might have a problem with renewing the policy but I was shocked the customer service was great talked me through every thing connected to the policy was very polite and answered all my queries I had thank you for making it so easy and understanding .

My main reason for insuring with mark bates ltd is to have peace of mind regarding breakdowns on my mobility scooter. I recently broke down and was stranded 15 miles from my home. I looked on the internet for a local recovery company. I tried two numbers but they were both scammers and only interested in getting my bank details up front. I am sure that they were fake because they both hardly spoke any English and had Indian accents. I doubt they were actually in this country. I eventually got home with help from my family but I wouldn’t want to go through that again. Now I can travel with confidence knowing I will not be scammed again.
