What an easy, unstressful experience. I took out a one year liability insurance policy, which unfortunately I only used for a week, and when I called to ask for advice, the staff I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and compassionate.

So simple to understand website. Policy was just what was required. Completing details and questions stated was easily accomplished. After sending off Mark Bates responded immediately thanking me for choosing them for the insurance. First class service. Would recommend getting in touch if specialist cover is required for certain items.
