The MLab pain patches are the best I have ever used

I got these for my senior mom who immediately started walking again … beware of companies trying to imitate these - they don’t work! make sure you order MLab - i keep them onhand now for all pain areas - pain relief & comfort is restored as soon as you applytgw patches. Order a supply to have on hand all the time.

They Will Start Charging You For Subscription You Never Had

I ordered a $10 item on line. The same day they also charged me $14.95 for no reason at all. I did not catch this until yesterday, April 5th I was charged another $31.67 for what they called "VIP" services; no physical product. Just some subscription I think. PayPal did nothing about it. I am out the $45 or more. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! They want your purchasing info to just start charging you in the future and out of the blue

Not Happy

I gave you a one star because you did things that I didn’t ask for starting with ordering I did place an order, but my card was denied because my credit card company thought it was fraud and they had to get my permission in order to have them OK it so I tried to re-order and it wouldn’t let me re-order with the same card, even though the card merchant said that it was OK to order it. You said that my card had already been declined and I had to use a new card. Well, I didn’t have a new card so I backspaced and erased all my information without ordering anything and I started getting these e-mails as if I ordered it. I didn’t order it. My card was declined so the transition should’ve ended at that point when I tried to re-order the company wouldn’t allow me to use the card the transition should’ve ended at that point instead they waited and used my information and place placed an order that I didn’t OK and now I’m getting emails about a VIP subscription that I don’t want nothing to do with. Be aware this company uses your information after you give it to them to do whatever they want order more product that you didn’t ask for it’s not good.

Discolored shoulder

The patches for my shoulder relieved the pain but they caused discoloration in my skin which forced me to discontinue. Not sure if I ever recieved a refund.

All in all I'm happy

Fairly good communication about shipping and so forth. Really looking forward to trying this product as shoulder pain has been an on-going issue for several years. However getting set up with the VIP Membership has been an issue.

Terrible return policy

They where charging for two orders. I thought it was a hacker so I call call my bank decline my credit card. But I call the the lab company and they fix the payment. Know iam waiting for my patches.

I ordered a knee brace

I ordered a knee brace. Very poor and cheap quality. Could have purchase a better brace from Amazon or Walmart. Returned the brace on 10/10 with the required numbers enclosed in the package mailed USPS. I have been emailing them since early November regarding my refund with no resolution. Do not purchase from the company.

Ridiculous and am starting to think they are a scam.
If do not receive order by next week will dispute payment and let all know not to be fooled.

Fraudulent charges generic product do not buy

Charged expidited shipping for a slow-bost drop shipped generic item from china. They do not make their own anything. They resell. Was charged a recurring monthly fee for "vip customer" that I did not approve.
