Same thing happened to me signed up for one pack they changed me for that and another three pack plus reoccurring shipping. Thankfully I used PayPal and they are helping me fight this. The company is a scam when you call there you get a choice of two people to talk to and you always get voicemails

Ordered 1 item $17.99 less promised 15% discount.
Billed $40.00. Requested cancelation within the allowed 24HR period but ignored.

This company is a scam and automatically charges you $32 to pay for free shipping. Also-they don’t work

This company put you i am agreement to charge you monthly for a membership that i didn't ask for. The membership only covers free shipping but you still pay for the products whenever you order but you're still paying membership every month. And when i canceled i only got 50 percent back. I M glad i ordered thru paypal. The patches wont stay on if its hot and you just sitting. It falls off as im walking.

Firstly they put me on a subscription which I didn't approve, I caught it and canceled. Thankfully I used pay pal so they don't have my credit card!
This product DID NOT WORK, it didn't even stick to my knee.
When I contacted them for their 60 day guarantee, they told me they can't "take back" an opened item! How on earth does one try something without opening? They offered me 50% back, let's see if this happens.

Received an additional - and larger- order than requested of the Knee Joint Pain Relief Patch. Not only did it take nearly a month to arrive, but when it did, I tried it it was absolutely ineffective. Too many words to tell you how painfully complicated it is to get a refund. Get an RMA, mail back, call them with tracking proof, wait three weeks, warehouse will let them know if Resaleable (they are unopened), Then they will email me to acknowledge receipt of the product, and THEN I have to CALL them and specifically REQUEST a refund. Save yourself time money and aggravation and do not deal with this company.

I ordered knee patches in May but they started taking out payments from my paypal account without authorization on June 4- BEWARE evidently when you pay, you are also allowing them to take money every month for some sort of VIP program ( I did uncheck the box) but all these pop-ups for more products kept coming up and I had to close the browser to get out of their site- evidently when I did that, I became an unknowing member of the VIP club which is a ridiculous scam.

This place is a scam. I placed one order, and they later went in my account and charged me for another order. However I only received one order. When I emailed the company the only reply was it was delivered. The order I paid for was delivered. However the order they placed without my permission never arrived
I have been trying to reach the company and no one with answer any more of my emails.

This is a scam, I noticed to charges to my account, one for the authorized charge and another for 39.95. I called to dispute this another charge and was first told we can give you 25% of your money back. I demanded it all be refunded including the authorized purchase. I was told that I was charged the additional charge because I did not uncheck a box authorizing them to sell me more patches.
This is horrible practice, should the charge go through I will be contacting my bank to dispute which I have let them know I will do. I have receipts that I am being refunded for both. If you’re overcharged I suggest calling them immediately!!!! I also let them know that the reviews are terrible and I will be adding to their low rating!!!!
I will move forward with more legitimate services from my chiropractor, he’s expensive but I know that I am getting pain treatment that is what he says it is!!!

this is a trick. no matter what you order you will be sent their "special" IF you do not UNcheck a box on the screen. Fraudulent in my opinion. When I called to complain they said they would refund 35% of what was charged to my account. I said no, I want my total amount refunded since it was obtained through a trickery. I got the order today and I will update later if I get my refund or not when I send it back.

I ordered patches for my knee on May 11th. It said I would receive them 4-8 days after they were processed and mailed. It is now May 25th and nothing.
I also found out that these patches are made in China. I will not use any medicinal products made in China on my body. That was a waste of $17.00.
Oh well, live and learn!!

Do not buy from them. Their site was confusing. I accidentally clicked on something which I didn’t want. I cancelled within a minute of submitting and is taking forever to get a refund. I kept getting emails saying my order is on its way. I contacted customer service and had a hard time getting through their heads that I did not want to purchase. Then they told me I was past the 24 hr cancellation period. Are you kidding me????? After pushing and pushing they said they will refund. Still have not got the refund after 10 days!!!!!

Do NOT buy from them....there is an automatic check box(you need to UNCHECK IT) that will charge you $31 a month after the first month for their VIP crap...If you dont UNcheck it you will be charged and they will only offer 1/2 refund if you complain!

HUGE SCAM, i used PayPal for transactions thank God they don't have access to my credit. Hidden subscription fee, my order was packed as a total, I paid 74.95 for the neck cloud and back strecher, + 3.95 shipping fee. (The same day I was charged a separate #automatic-transaction# for 13.96 WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE) After my order was placed I was sent an email saying thankyou... "Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process and approximately 4-5 business days for your order to arrive." On February 12.

I waited and waited, still no receipt or confirmation email, wondering if the transaction even went through, with my only proof being a screen shot of the order summary showing my original singal transaction. I message massage-lab and ask where my order is and what is my order, because I still have yet to recieve them. on February 20. they reply the next morning saying it is on the way and provide me some bunk number. Later that same day the order arrived.

I check my payment method being PayPal, and I see two transactions from this company, (second one I have zero knowledge of, without my authority)

I reach out for help at massage-lab to get refunded for the second transaction and I am told "We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Upon checking your account, it looks like you agreed to Expedited Shipping upon placing your order."
???????? How does that make any sense when I paid 3.95 already as a part of the original order. LOL

PAYPAL SAVES THE DAY, refunds me as soon as I dispute the transaction because this horrible company is so blatantly rude and does not care about people at all.

THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOU KNOWING. !!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! It took three months to get the product, it was damaged! Told it was held in customs. Never said anywhere that it was coming from out of Country, was charged an exchange fee, was charged additional shipping fees. Then the monthly VIP Membership was charged under PAINCUREPRODUCTS on my credit card with no authorization and no receipt. Spoke to customer service and got the run around! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I’m giving them a 1 star for their customer service. I have not received my item in the mail yet. I hope it comes and they aren’t a scam. However, when I pushed the button to buy my neck pillow, I got two charges! Somehow it accidentally added on a second neck pillow. I notified them IMMEDIATELY, and they would NOT refund me for the mistake, but gave me a runaround of emailing back and forth. And then they said, oh it already shipped, we can’t give you a refund for the second one. I was irate… however I accepted the only negotiation they offered, to get the second one for half off. They did refund me for half of my second one. But this company is AWFUL and not to be trusted.

I order their product November 30, 2022. Today is January 13, 2023 and I still have not received it! Very disappointed in shipping and customer service! I think the company is a scam! Do not buy

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
They have inferior quality products.
When you return the item that they say you can return for a full refund if you are not satisfied they do not refund your money. I sent the product back to them with the tracking number as per their instructions and it is over several months and I still have not received my refund.
SEVERAL MONTHS,MANY EMAILS AND AFTER I SUBMITTED THIS REVIEW THEY FINALLY SENT MY REFUND.
