I ordered some knee patches tonight. More stuff offered while checking out, just wanted the patches. I check my order as soon as I bought and I was put on automatic payments and there were two seperate orders. $32.61 for one and the next had a knee brace added on plus the patches and was $67 something. I immediately went on PayPal and canceled. Hopefully it gets canceled. I don't care if their patches are great, I will never order from them.

I ordered patch for my knee in May. It not only irritated my skin but it did not work whatsoever. What a waste. But what is MOST concerning is that I just discovered that Massage Lab then charged me a monthly VIP Benefit fee of 31.67 for 4 consecutive months following which I certainly did NOT agree to. What a SCAM! I have requested a refund of $126.68 for that fraudulent monthly charge. Watch out for that everyone!

Ordered the patches in July. Never got them. Forgot about them and requested refund of my money. Never received it. Then I was charged more money the next month august now again in September I am charged more money again. What for I get nothing and you keep charging me money over $30.00 a month. Stop the payments and refund all my money please!!

After living with chronic and debilitating knee pain for years, I took a chance and ordered some patches for me and my husband. After 2 hours of wearing them I was able to walk upright with minimal pain. I put one on my mother's lower back and she was walking not hunched over. I have just ordered more for both of us so we don't run out. They have made my life better After only 3 days of using them. The only downside is I have to put tape on the sides so they don't pull off during the day.

If a zero was possible I would have given it! I ordered one set of the knee patches and they charged my PayPal account $21.90 on July 6th. On that same date they changed me $39.95. on August 6th they charged $31.67 and again on Sept 10th $31.67. I did not subscribe to anything nor did I order anything but in the reply on here they will say that I had a subscription. Was very sceptical about these patches but after using them for a few days the difference was very noticeable.Fully recommend this treatment and it works.

I found relief for the osteoarthritis in my right knee from the moment I applied the first patch! I felt more mobility, and a significant decrease in discomfort. I've tried a variety of braces and knee socks and NOTHING has even come CLOSE to the relief I have discovered using this economical, all-natural patch! What a miracle! Thank you!

Where to begin? Total scam. Upgrade to get this also. Order more, bigger discount. Multiple phone calls-no supervisor available. Won't refund my money after 2 months. Had me running to post office twice with non existent tracking numbers. The tracking number given to me twice didn"t even show up on their site. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. end of story!!

I would not even give 1 star. Placed one order and have been billed two more times. Have tried to call number which does not go thru and have sent email w no response.

Be wary of online purchases from Massage Lab which goes by multiple names. The company took my order on 8/14/23 for a shoulder brace. After they added another $25.41 charge I became suspicious. Once the item that you actually wants goes into the cart, you have to go through multiple screens as they keep pushing you to buy other products. After a multitude of screen changes and the added item (which I did not want), you can check out. Knowing that I could have made an error and inadvertently ordered the extra item, I trie to cancel immediately. Their policy claims you can cancel your order within 24 hours. I sent an email within 45 minutes of purchase and they still haven’t refunded my VISA credit card. They even list a fraudulent phone number that rings but will not be answered and automatically cuts off. VISA has been very helpful and will take care of this. My next step is to contact BBB. Consumers have to unite to stop companies like this who are taking our hard earned money!

Thought about making a purchase, put in my information, then decided not of make the purchase. This company has attempted to charge my credit card multiple times since. Each time my credit card company declines the charge because it is deemed "fraudulent". DO NOT attempt to use this company, it also goes under multiple different names and web sites. I called customer service, asked my information to be removed - representative stated "we do not delete account information". Also, on the web site is DOES NOT have a create an account or log in to your account. You cannot review, change, update or remove your account information. You cannot view order history, change subscription service, track orders ... nothing! Once, you've entered your information there is no way to control it.

I never received my order in the mail. When I called twice I was told to call the post office. They don't have it. I became upset and requested to speak to a Manager. He told me to hold on and I waited on the phone while music playing. He came back on and said upper management says I was approved and he will mail out my knee patch for 17.00 and I said ok. Thanks. But I called today because I didn't see no new order sent so u can track it because the first order was delayed and I didn't get it. So today I am waiting again on the phone for the customer service representative to get a Manager. Please read reviews before ordering. I can’t believe I fell for this gimmick. The knee patches I ordered did not work, and did not stay on my knee. Once you order that will be the price you will be billed automatically each month. I will also be reporting to BBB as well

ordered 1 pack of knee patches got three and knee pads which I didn't order they sign you up for monthly which I checked the no box and website says they will send you a return label when you call they say they don't this company is a total scam should be reported to BBB

In April this year I got COVID-19.
Shortly after I came across this company and I am not happy at all with they way they conduct business. I thought I was ordering 1 product and I was told I had ordered 2 but I was being given a 25% discount. I felt pressured and agreed to try it, but now I just found out I have been paying a monthly debit since.

This company is a rip off. I ordered compression gloves from them which took forever to arrive so I ordered a much cheaper pair from Amazon. When the fgloves finally arrived they were the wrong size. I tried to return them and they said that would be expensive so they gave me 50% off. I thought that was that until they charged me $31.67 for a VIP service that I never signed up for. I canceled the PayPal payment and then canceled the "VIP service" (whatever that is). Save your money and stay away from this company.

Wanted to try this on a One Time Basis, well as it turns out they sign you up for a MEMBERSHIP --- Wrong - who wants a member ship when you don't even know if the product works. Unfortunatly I caught it on the second month which was returned, but not the first month. They did try to do the 1/2 refund. I asked for a Supervisor and of course they say they all follow the same policies. If you look up the phone number it automatically leads you to their membership policy and how you can't do anything about it. It's a scam and I am using my Credit card company to fight it.

When you try to order a product from their website, at the very last screen they try to hard-sell you expedited shipping. When you answer no, they try to sell you the expedited shipping at half the original price they gave you, and there's no way out of this final popup - the link doesn't work. I closed out of the session and the order got sent and CC charged anyways, even though I never finalized the order (and didn't intend to after their hard-sell shipping attempts). When I contacted the company to cancel (the order I never actually placed), all they do is to continue to try selling you the product. I'm currently contesting the charges with my CC company.

I ordered one pack of knee patches. They put be in a VIP customer thing where they keep charging me. I have sent them a message back saying I agreed to a VIP membership and I DID NOT! Plus when I tried to answer their message it won't let me type anything to send back to them.
