I would to state that your product is great. I have recommended to three other people that have asked me where did I get them and what is the name of the product after letting them try the patches. They have also purchased them and the patches are very effective, so they have purchased also.

Every bad review you see below is on point.
I have severe knee pain and saw their ad on instagram. After reviewing the information about the knee patches they touted, I decided to order a pack to try it as they suggested in their ad. The cost was low enough that trying the product was not cost prohibitive.

When you go to checkout, the screen shows you the amount of the purchase and a NO COST membership to their "VIP Customer Benefits" program.

This is where the scam is. The designer of the website, both on the phone and on a desktop, makes sure you cannot see this next section:

YES I WAN TO SIGN UP FOR MLAB VIP. I AM 18 YEARS OR OLDER AND AGREE TO THE TERM AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY.

Now should you scroll and SEE this section, the company has ALREADY CHECKED OFF THAT YOU AGREE TO THIS PLAN.

Even if you see this, you don't see any indication, based upon what's in your Checkout, that there is any further charge.

What they count on is you NOT clicking on the Special Offer box. When you DO click on the box, here's where you find out WHY the box was checked off in the first place:

By checking this box you agree to opt into a membership for (website was here). The first month is free, and you'll be charged $31.67 every month afterwards. You will have access to free products every month from a variety of popular brands, just cover shipping/processing. You will receive an email shortly with login credentials. Yep, this screen is unable to be seen when you first look at the checkout balance. Very few people look to scroll down when what they are looking for it RIGHT THERE! They know this and THIS is WHY the page is designed this way.

I fell for this trap too. I even went so far as to answer an email they sent me saying they missed me. I took that time to ask questions about the product and assure them that due to how my knee was feeling, that I was going to reorder. I fully intended to...Until THIS happened.

Two months after my initial order, I was reviewing my bank statement online (something I do routinely) and saw a charge by a company I did not recognize. It was "PAINCUREPRODUCTS". That was when I discovered this company's treachery. I did a search to see if any other charges from this company came up. The first charge I authorized was there...AND SO WAS TWO OTHER CHARGES I DID NOT, OF $31.67 EACH!!!
To say I was livid is an understatement. I immediately sent an email (of course there was no phone number) demanding my money back. I'll spare you the details of the email back and forth that went on between us. Most of the reviews before mine cover this.

Their second to last response was that the "manager" approved a 50% credit back of the last charge. I had heard enough. I immediately contacted my bank to contest the charges. I explained exactly what happened. I then got the number and email for our Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau. I opened up a page online to file a report and sent the company an email letting them know that I was about to do this AND I had figured out what they had done. Unknown to them, I design websites. I know EXACT what they did.

A phone call to one attorney's office got me the information that this company is known and someone had approached them about a class action lawsuit for 6 months of payments.

LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Total Scam. All I wanted was a simple pack of 10 pathces, but had to go through muliple screens where they try and sell you something else. Then later on found out I had been enroled in their VIP Club TWICE and they were milking my credit card for $62.00/month without me knowing and they list the charges under different company names. I could not find the charge anywhere on my Account. And it took me 2 hours to find where the charges were listed (in customer Support). Have requested a cancelation. Where can I report them, Totaly Upset.

Do not order from this company. They trick you I to becoming a VIP customer on checkout. I ordered 1 pack only for $17 just to try the knee patches and 3 PayPal payments were taken on The same day adding up to over US$150.00 PayPal won’t help and Helkien Limited won’t refund the extra money they took.
They are thieves and an unethical company. Besides that the knee patches don’t work and they dont stand by their money back guarantee. Stay away from this company.

Beware when ordering , they enroll you in a membership and charge 31.97 per month without receiving any product. I called the day after the withdrawl of my account and they were only willing to reimburse me of half the amount of the auto payment . So be careful you may be in a auto payment membership without knowing.

Im always sceptical about buying things online, but I'm sure glad i purchased this product. Right from the very start this site was helpful, delivered in the time frame i was given, friendly follow-up email in regards to my thoughts on the product, did it work for me? Answer is most definitely. Sticks to my skin well, works for a good 12 hours, and staets working straight away. I wish thess were sold in chemists. I need more !!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A RIP OFF! I ordered products (knee patches) on August 27, 2023. The amount of my order was supposed to be $38.41I paid with Pay Pal. When I checked my paypal account Helikon Ltd had charged my account an additional $42.41. When I called MLab I was told that there was a button I should have clicked OFF of when I checked out so I would not have been charged for two orders. I said that I did not order two sets of the patches and they said I did not click OFF of the button. When I heard this I filed a complaint with Paypal and asked them to stop payment, during this time I did receive the product and Paypal would not stop payment because I had received the product and paypal said I had to file for a RMA with the company and follow their process. On September 5, 2023 I received an email from MLab saying that my order had been cancelled. I contacted customer service and Brian issued a RMA and told me to call when I had a tracking number so that the refund could be processed this was 9/19/23. I was told that the refund process was started. The product was received back by MLab on 9/23/23. I was told refund would take two to three weeks. I checked back on 10/14/23 and I was told that they would not issue a refund because I had filed a complaint with Paypal. I had previously sent an email from Paypal to Mlab stating that the appeal had been closed and that Paypal would not follow up with the appeal. I sent that email to Mlab again. They acknowledged receipt of the email but they are still telling me that they will not issue a refund. Today I requested to speak with a supervisor I was told they would have to call me back. When I spoke to Jake today I confirmed with him that 1. Mlab has received the product back 2. Mlab is refusing to process a refund to me. He told me that this was their policy. I just printed out their refund policy from their web site there is nothing in that policy that states they will not issue a refund because I filed a complaint with Paypal. This company is a scam and crooks!

I purchased 2 packs of patches.
My Knee had a little discomfort
and also to help my friend with very sore knees.
I’m good 😊
My friend is completely won over and a lot more at ease.
Such a delightful result with little effort on our behalf.

THIS IS A SCAM.
I am absolutely upset with myself for not reading the reviews prior to ordering. I too, like the rest of you, am in pain and looking for relief. My order was placed and I quickly received confirmation. The next day I received notification that a shipping label was created. There was not one but two shipping labels. I quickly noticed that the second label was for something I did not order. I contacted customer service and by threatening to sue and hold the the customer service representative libel, I was quickly issued a credit for the second item (it did take 3-5 days) and the credit came through. After 5 days of getting the confirmation of the shipping label for my original order nothing happened in the tracking order process. I again contacted the company and I was told it was just shipped. I immediately shared that was untrue and based upon the USPS that, although the label was created, the USPS did not have the package. Again, threatening to sue as well as holding the customer service agent libel I want to refunded the total amount. Again, I will be credited however my advice to you is not to waste your time or energy. Unfortunately I do not think this product nor company exists.

Can’t find phone number

I was very skeptical about this product the Natural Knee relief patch, but i thought I would try them. I have no cartilage on my knee/bone on bone and I get some pain at times. Lo and behold when I walked quite a long time I forgot that I had an issue with my knee. The pad stays on well and I am going to order more. It does seem to work for me.! I want to be able to just buy when I want and not an automatic purchase as I had done the first time.

I was charged a 'VIP Membership' for 8 months without my consent, and when i contacted the merchant they ignored me.

If I could rate no stars I would…. This is a complete scam. They charged me $31.67 for some VIP BENEFITS without my permission and then put me on a subscription which I did not elect and deducted another $31.67 from my PayPal. I blocked them on PayPal and requested my money back but I have not received anything. They should be shut down immediately by the FTC. As an example, if they charged 5000 people the $31.67, they have stolen $158,350. I am sure the numbers are much greater than this….DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY.

This company preys upon vulnerable people seeking pain relief. You may think you are buying a single item and their initial customer service in the form of personalized, attentive-appearing emails may confirm that your decision to try their product was wise. What most people didn't realize was that slipped into your initial purchase was a pre-checked subscription service for their "VIP club." However, unlike legitimate subscription plans, you don't actually receive anything, except for a monthly charge of $31.67. This charge will not come from Massage-Lab, but from a Waco Texas company called Pain Cure Products. No doubt the relatively small charge amount was selected because it may be easily overlooked, perhaps not noticed until you realize that your single purchase has an ever-expanding account amount. Very deceptive company masquerading as a legitimate business.

My mother in law seems to be experiencing more relief from these patches than from the salon pas. I will be ordering more for her.

My experience is the same as others on here. Wish I would’ve read some of these before ordering. Placed what I thought was just an order and then all of a sudden the next month another order goes through. Apparently I joined their mysterious “VIP program”. Would only refund 50%. Scam!!

Very sneaky way to do business. They add a vip customer benefit to your order. It costs $0. Pay attention as this will cause you to be charged $31.67 every month by Helikon ltd. They outline this but not anywhere you will actually see it unless looking fwd to it. Complain and they offer 50 percent refund

I ordered the Flexiknee Patches in hope that it would help with my osteoarthritis knee pain. They have been a life saver. I can place them in the morning and I am pain free the entire day. Much better than taking pain medicine. I highly recommend them. A. JONES
