My Flexiknee patch is awesome. I was experiencing excruciating knee pain. My knee doctor said my knee is bone to bone (losing cartilage) and I would need a knee replacement. After I started using my patches I noticed that small (huge) things like getting out of bed without pain and being able to walk without pain was getting "easier". Then it hit me that it has to be the Flexiknee Patch that's helping to improve my quality of life both mentally and physically.

I could bend my knee and I could walk today really was a surprise because I have pain so bad in my legs but today and yesterday when I put that or patch on I had no pain they are the best

I took got set up for things that I did not want but the company once I called them took them off of my charge card right away so it was good customer service in that respect I did receive the knee pads and honestly they did make my knee feel better I've given a couple out to friends with knee pain and they also report that it helps for a while so it's a okay product it's just that they try and trick you not scam you but trick you into buying extra things that you don't want

The knee pads really work, they took my pain away fast. I could walk without pain for 12 hours.

If I could give this Zero stars I would. Like everyone else on here ordered the product 1x back in May and was mysteriously set up for auto VIP payments, which set you up on monthly charges of $31.98...but no other products shipped. I did not catch it on my PayPal account until December unfortunately. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. The company's email does not work (auto response within 30 seconds of me sending stating they read my email and i signed up on a VIP program, please cancel through the website). I respond to the email - get the same auto response back. LOL. Go to the website, doesn't work -get a warning notice saying it won't open. Definitely a BIG SCAM! I'm probably out $231. Shame on PayPal for not having a warning on businesses like these.

It's probably a good product if they ever send it. It's ridiculous that tge label has been printed but no one from the post office can pick it up or someone from this company can take it to the post office. What's the point of having a tracking number if it dosent move at all. I give it a 1 rating cause there's no zero. Terrible shipping department. Company needs to get there act together.

Ordered an item (Flexi knee) since 12/3/2023. Still haven't received it. They tried to charge me for some VIP membership for $20+ which I canceled and since then all I've gotten from them is a big lie and a runaround

Ordered once. They automatically set you up for a subscription. You can cancel on their site but they shouldn't set it up without adequately letting you know that is what is happening. I will not be ordering anything from them again. You can find similar products on Amazon and other sites.

Ordered one product as a trial. Suddenly I was billed for 5 additional items I did not order. I have never received any of the items. No ide if the product works, but don't care. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY AND PRODUCTS!

Around the time of shipment notification I began receiving emails thanking me for ordering items that I did not order. After a lot of back and forth I was offered the option to keep these items and enjoy a 50% credit. I never ordered the items so this was problematic.

It’s now more than 2 weeks since the shipping notification and the items (1 that I ordered + unordered) have not arrived.

Using these patches on my knees eliminate the pain from years of toil on them. I couldn't believe the difference they made! Massage-Lab has great customer service and will answer any questions you might have right away! Oh! And after I recently broke my hand in a fall I put a patch on the area most affected and the pain I still had after removing the cast was reduced to no pain at all! Get yours today! They work!

If I could give 0 stars I would. mLab is a total scam. I ordered one pack of patches and with tax, etc it was $21.90 which was charged to my PayPal. Then I got charged another $89.95 for additional items that I did NOT order. I have sent a dispute through PayPal and also emailed mLab and they claim I ordered those other items and I did not so now they're saying they'll refund me 50%. Tell me why, if I ordered those other items at the same time was it charged 2 different times. if it was legit, shouldn't they have been all in one charge? Their ordering system is an absolute sham. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as have several others.

I keep getting a monthly charge, asked for it to be cancelled, still getting charged, how can you cancel this?? It’s been months!! This should be illegal. Total scam! Products work but charged every month for nothing!! It’s been since last spring….

They tried to scam us and charged us 21.90 for our order, then kept charging and our bank sent us a fraud alert. Thank goodness they were on top of it. Craziness. Will not order again.

SCAM, DON'T BUY! THEY CHARGE YOU MONTHLY IF YOU ORDER THESE PATCHES....WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF.....I HAVE NO IDEA WHY A COMPANY WOULD RUIN THEIR NAME FOR A MONTHLY FEE....THEY COULD JUST SELL THE PATCHES AND HAVE A GREAT BUSINESS BUT INSTEAD CHOSE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.....SHAME ON YOU ML LAB.....

Why am I being charged a monthly fee? I ordered your neck brace a long time ago, but am just now seeing a monthly fee?

I bought these for my mother who has been dealing with osteoarthritis in her knees for years. We have tried many things including prescriptions and salves made at the pharmacy specific for her. Nothing relieved the pain until she tried these patches. She says that they are a miracle. They did not cure the osteoarthritis ) no where does the compamy say it cures anything)... BUT the pain is gone! We are eternally grateful and elated her pain has subsided.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees. I had stabbing pain that was so bad I could not sleep because I could not get comfortable. I tried Celebrex and Arthritis Strength Tylenol, and even some pain relief creams, but had virtually no relief. I saw an ad for Massage Lab Flex-knee patches and thought, "what did I have to lose?"

After less than a week of wearing the patches, the pain was gone. I wrote to the company to find out how long a patch should last, and Erin suggested that I try wearing it at night. That was a perfect solution!

But the best part is that I do not have to use the patches daily, and if my knees even start to ache a little, I put a patch on at night and I'm good to go. Sometimes I don't use any patches for a few weeks, it just depends on how active I am.

I've recommended the patches to friends and just recently ordered more to be able to offer a patch for them to try and so that I don't run out.

Again, I cannot believe the pain is gone. I can't run or jump but at least I can walk and sleep pain free.
