I like everyone else on here ordered one knee patch that cost me over 200.00 because they secretly sign you up on checkout for VIO membership!! Never, ever order from them. I like so many others became a victim of their scam!!

Like previous reviews I too have been scanned in to apparently having VIP membership. Tried to get refund through PayPal but they say wasn't unauthorised. Having acc charged $31.67 per month for nothing. Won't use PayPal or this company again. BEWARE

It has been years since I had this type of pain free movement. I truly wish I had tried them much sooner, my knees would have loved it. It is at least worth your time to try them out,they work wonders for me and my wife!

I have recurring knee pain, using the patches for a day or two the pain goes away. If I feel weakness or pain in my knee, I apply the patch, and wear it for a few days, also works on wrists, shoulders, and back. Works much better than biofreeze for example. I am a retired Chiropractor, so I have used many different avenues to relieve pain. This is the best so far. I am a loyal customer who receives the patches every month or two.

Fast shipping. Patch works great for my knee. Ordered some for brother and he liked so much, he ordered more. Very pleased with price and how it helps my knee

I have been in pain with bone on bone Osteo Arthritis for 3 months. I have tried numerous lotions and wrapping my knee. Then i tried relief patch! Omg went the entire day with no pain,they worked ,so happy again to be able to walk and stand without pain.

Ordered a product and then was charged $31.67 for a VIP membership that I never authorized! They claim a box was checked which I needed to uncheck! And what did I get for the monthly fee? NOTHING! The option to purchase a special item monthly for a discount!!

Total scam. Knee patch didn’t work, then they continued to charge me &3167/mo for 8 months. They said I checked the box.
That is incorrect it shows on the checkout VIP 0.00. There is a box that they automatically and you have to uncheck that.
DO NOT BUT THEIR SNAKE OILS!! They have to scam you by adding the VIP plan that you don’t find out about until it is too late.

I made a one-time purchase, then they continued to bill me a monthly charge! I caught it the first month & cancelled it through my PayPal acct. Attempting to contact massage-lab for a refund, but I am not holding out much hope :( Buyer Beware!!!

SCAM. Ordered 1 thing as a gift for XMAS. THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING MY CARD 2X A MONTH SINCE for a "VIP Membership" for $31 each charge. They claim this was part of the check-out process SO FUTURE SHOPPERS BEWARE.

I've emailed them to complain and they are only refunding me HALF. This is ridiculous and beyond fraudulent!

I’ve tried other product for my miscue on my leg. This product works. I use it every day now. Great relief!!

I had ordered a product a few months ago and received an email to tell me that unfortunately, there was a delay with regards to delivery, however, they kept me updated regularly and my item was delivered soon afterward.
Today, I needed urgent account assistance and was amazed at the speed with which my query was dealt with and the problem resolved.
In my opinion, this is a very honest and reliable company and their communication is top-notch.

I tried the knee patch and it was a wonderful feeling the smoothness the comfortability and the relief that I felt in my knee. I kept the patch on for 8 hours and when I went to sleep my knee felt really relaxed throughout the whole night. I suggest you use this knee patch if you want to feel relief from the pain in your knee.

It has helped my knee where I had a knee replacement, also use it on my back.. no problems with these patches.

This place is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They will take your money and you will never get what you ordered. I ordered $60 worth of pain relief products and was delivered a chinky $2 piggy bank. And my order status shows delivered in mailbox. Yea a cheap piggy bank, not my pain relief products that i paid $60 for. They dont even deserve a one star review but wouldnt let me give them a zero. They dont even deserve a zero, they should be in the negative numbers. Wrong to scam people. They took my money back in November!

This place deserves 0 stars I ordered patches since November 2023 paid extra to expedite order and they never sent it. We are now close to Feb. 2024. When reching out to them. They would send a generic email that really didn't explain the reason I have not gotten my product. And they never answered my questions. Just kept sending same email. So I paid close to 40 dollars for patches that I have never received and unwilling to reimburse my money. Don't buy from this place they are fake.

After years of knee pain and fear of surgery, I almost gave up and found a European pill that somewhat worked. Ordered this via internet and am thrilled with the results of the patch. Totally stopped meds, and am using a path in the morning, able to navigate stairs, stand up to teach, and really glad to have found this natural solution to my knee problems.

#1 it took forever to get this pillow; one girl at customer service had NO idea what she was doing; I get the pillow and it's the size for a CHILD.... NOT a standard size pillow, way tooooo small to sleep on. I will keep to use when I watch TV only because I can't even bear to deal with this company anymore. Would NEVER purchase from this company EVER AGAIN.

If I could I wish I could give 0 STARS for the below reason:

This company has a very very poor delivery which I never received my ordered of patches I ordered December and now its January and I still haven't received my patches for my back and knees only excuses
after excuses of why they not received. They claim I cancel my order, (not true) however when I started to asked about my order being late when I already paid for expedited shipping when🤔 in actually its nothing expedited at all so they cancel my orders. I emailed them to thank 🙌 them for doing that for me. This company cause me unnecessary stress which I have Chronic pain and that company could care less about that which is why they cancel my order. They are not good business company to do business with to lie to their customers waiting for orders. So good😄 riddance to this Horrible, awful so called caring business company!!!! I truly wouldn't recommend this company to do business with at all!!!
