Do not TRUST this company they will rob you!!! I ordered some pain patches from them last year. The pain patches cost $33. They’ve been taking out $31.67 every month out of my account for almost a year!!!! When I called to confirm this, they told me I signed up for VIP membership!!!! Which I never did!!!! Spoke to a representative and she is saying that all she can do Refund half of one month!!!! I never received confirmation that I was a VIP member and they refused to give me back a refund on everything they took from me!!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!

I placed an order April 2024 as a gift for my sister. She has knee pain and I saw their ad and had the patches sent directly to her. She did receive the order of patches, but then each month afterwards I keep getting charged the same amount of $31.67. I only order the one time and haven't received anything since. So I do not know why I have been charged $31.67 for May and June.

Ordered 2 packets and only received one,, they have been giving me a run a round since,, terrible customer service. I cant even use the one packet of pain patches because of the amount of menthol in it.. they are trying to get past the 60 day mark,, and now have done that,, rip off. ordered 3/30.. received 4/9/24

Total scammers!!!!! If you purchased thru PayPal, dispute the company and block all future charges they claim you signed up for when ordering. Sent me a fraudulent tracking number!!!!

I was looking for something homeopathic for my knee pain and was pleasantly surprised with the flex knee pads! It tingled a little but nothing bad and I have only had to use one knee pad for my pain in months! I highly recommend trying this first!!!!

It may be good...but dont order from this company
I ordered one time just to try and see if this would help. It really did so I ordered 3 more packs...I only received one of the 3 packs and the one that I received was all in Chinese so I don't even know what I got. All I know if when I put on the first set of patches they worked amazing stayed on all day and I could walk with little to no pain...These new ones may be working but they burned my skin so much I was debating going to the walk in clinic to see if my legs were having a reaction.
After emailing a few times without any answer where everything was or why I was shipped something wrong I went to cancel my (VIP Account) which obviously does nothing and canceled all future orders.

Been using their products for quite a while now and they're great. My knees have been bugging me for years and the knee patches they sell are good for quick relief. I work construction so I put these on after a long day and it's helped significantly.

THEY ARE A SCAM!
This company is terrible! I ordered something and never received it. After fighting with them for months I finally got my refund for the item, but it turns out they have continued to charge me for some crap VIP membership. I have emailed, called and been told I took advantage of the membership, which of course since I never knew I had it, is ridiculous! I will continue to fight them and call until I get my money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

UNCHECK THE VIP BOX BEFORE ORDERING
If you don't unchecked the VIP box you will get charged monthly for nothing. I was and I fought them on the phone until they cancelled and returned my money. I got the patches for someone else so I don't know right now if my review of the product is good or bad.

Worthless products
The shoulder shield is utterly the cheapest thing on the market, it doesn't fit the bracket slips to the side. Sincerely do not buy! I wouldn't even give it a star . No way to contact them. I have to pay for returns hipping on this garbage. I don't get it?

First of all, how the hell do you open the patch? That needs to be fixed so you don’t have to hunt for a place to open it. Once I finally can open it doesn’t do anything. This was a complete waste of time and money.
