CANNING TOWN BRANCH IS FRAUDULENT

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. THEY Will trap you into a membership and charge you for two months before you are able to cancel. On top of that they will charge a £20 fee. I GOT SCAMMED OUT OF £160 total. Absolute worst place ever. And they will not refund you. They will trick you into signing up for a membership and sweet talk you to say that you can cancel at any time. Very dishonest business. I would definitely not recommend, so many other more honest massage companies out there.

I still stand by this but I did manage to get a refund from my bank for one of the charges.

Amazing! I was attending Canning Town branch for the first time and was so warmly welcomed by Chantelle. I've massage for 80 minutes by lovely Abbi. Great experience, will definitely come again. Thank you guys for patience, for kindness and understanding clients needs.

I was very overdue a massage and desperately needed to see Sara again! From the moment you step in the room I felt relaxed. Her attention to detail is on point and your massage time can be tailored to suit you. The pressure was great, I just wished I could have stayed longer! Thank you so much Sara!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAMMY MASSAGE PLACE

I got sold 2 introductory massage vouchers at an event for £89.99 and I bought it thinking that was a good deal for 2 intro massages. When I come to claim it I am told I cannot use the second voucher because I can only use an intro offer once and the deal is meant for me to gift to a friend. This offer was not sold to me with this key information. When I challenged this mis-selling, I was gaslighted into thinking that the salesperson must have told me this and it is written in the terms and conditions. The truth is it was not told to me and the terms and conditions were not presented to me until after the money was paid. Then I asked for a refund of the second voucher or an exception considering this misunderstanding. The owner was called and then I was told there was nothing they can do to make this right. I think this is very bad sales practice and a dishonest company. I wouldn't go here at all.

EDIT to respond to the company: your response does not respond to my compliant that the salesperson did NOT tell me this. So your response of telling me that I was told this is simply not true and this classifies as mis-selling. I appreciate that this was a simple misunderstanding where the salesperson perhaps did not communicate the terms and conditions when she was supposed to. However, when given the chance to make this right by providing a refund or honouring the offer, you simply declined which is dishonest and clearly gaslighting your customer. I still think you are a dishonest company.

From the moment I booked my massage I had an excellent experience. All of the staff were professional and so friendly, really put me at my ease.
Dwayne made sure to ask what I wanted and carried out my wishes resulting in a wonderful massage.
I can feel a huge improvement in my posture and mobility.
I will definitely return for a hot stones massage.

Had a reasonable massage but for the price there are definitely better therapists in London. I tried to ask for deeper pressure but to no avail. The environment was nice and clean, however.

Harrow branch - thank you Kushal so much for an amazing massage! I felt so relaxed afterwards , it was just what I needed.

Kushal was able to quickly identify where the pain in my left shoulder was coming from since my car accident and he spent time working on it. I have been having physio for months and they haven’t been able to identify this.

Went down for my appointment today which i pay for on the membership only to be told i had to pay for it as they booked me in without telling me earlier this month. When this was explained to them they said i jeed to come down or i would be charged. Only for me to drive 20 miles for nothing as they wanted to charge me anyway. They said the staff member needs to be paid. Well theu pay them 12 per hr so why do you think you can charge me 60 pound for nothing. The manager wasnt interested just wants to make money, your reply 9nly states half the conversation you left off the part that i cancelled those other appointments and rearranged them. Yet again you ate calling me a lair when you have incompetent staff working for yoy. Instead of apologising for this error u called me a lair and tried to over charge me.

Just got back home after visiting the massage 💆🏼‍♀️ company in Camberley!- wow 🤩 what an incredible experience- from the lovely Ann-Marie on reception !- then meeting ‘ the wonderful Mayo !… I was taken to a lovely, serene room and felt totally at ease straight away .. I had a small headache which the scalp massage eased instantly!.. and the full body /deep tissue massage was truly something else!- I would highly recommend a visit !- I’m now booking in once a month to keep on top of things !- floating on cloud nine now .. utter bliss … thank you 😊 TMC - Suzanne xx

The massages themselves are what you'd expect for the cost. However, beware the membership scheme. You have to keep on top of when you have agreed a pause in membership. Not recommended for that reason.

I just wanted to say that Ive benefited coming in and having a monthly massage with Viktoriya she’s absolutely amazing and has helped me so much.
Im a Nail technician which has a huge impact on my shoulders and back!! I literally was solid in my shoulder and neck area and I found coming for a massage not very enjoyable as it was hard work to loosen my muscles!! I know I’m much more supple now and I actually enjoy my massages.Thank you

The best massage I have had. Superb. I came in with an aching back but Claire expertly found the route of the problem and I walked out of the Massage Company pain free. Thank you.

Today I left home looking for a place that would help me relieve my neck pain and suddenly this company in front of me. At the reception there was a very friendly guy with a beautiful smile. His words and explanations were so clear that I didn't hesitate for a second to receive my massage. Thanks Luke you are absolutely adorable . Then in Maryna's magical hands my pain faded and I was completely renewed. It was undoubtedly a wonderful experience. Thank you High Wycombe Team.

I had a wonderful deep massage (50mins) at the Camberley branch.
Emily was professional and Emily skillfully massage the knots / tension away from my muscles. My daughter had a massage from Connor which was wonderful. They addressed any problems, gave advice on posture and better way of holding yourself. The Massage Company was 1st Class. Definitely will be returning

I am very impressed with how proactive and professional the Massage Company were in sorting an issue out for me, and I had the most fantastic massage there today. The whole experience was top notch from the welcome greeting, ambience, organisation, massage and farewell. Can definitely recommend!

First time here. Completed questionnaire. Was asked more relevant and specific questions after it was read through. Shown into a very pristine and warm room and attended to by Neddy- deep tissue massage with aromatherapy was lovely and specific to my needs . Masseuse was polite and engaging throughout, showing respect and care throughout. Was not pressurised into membership, but will consider. Would highly recommend.
