Visiting the High Wycombe location, it’s right in the middle of town and really big, quite surprising. There’s lots of rooms and lots of staff. Diana my therapist was amazing, and really firm, which I needed. Front desk team were helpful and overall a very good experience

Took a visit to the new Ealing Broadway site - warm, friendly and engaging staff made me feel most welcome!
Loved the layout - modern and fresh. Fantastic location - 3 mins from the station. Too easy - see you again soon!!

I am a member and I am charged £70pm for massages I can’t book due to chronic unavailability. When I asked to cancel my subscription I learned that the penalty increases over time not decreases, so if you have been a member for 8 months out of 12 it costs you more to cancel than if you were a member for 4 months, how does that make sense? This company’s policies are anti customer and the sales tactics underhand. These policies are not clearly explained verbally at the time of signing up, I had no idea I was locked in for a year! I was told I could cancel anytime! They just forgot the part where it costs a fortune to do so and you lose all outstanding massages in 3 months after that. It’s tantamount to theft!

Really professional therapist Radu in the High Wycombe centre – I do a lot of running and have tried so many places to find a good therapist. The centre is open in the evening, and that really helps. Thanks The Massage Company and keep it up!

My back and legs really needed this after long time in the mountains. I used their Camberley centre – really professional entry, smiling staff and a great massage experience. Highly recommended.

After being bought a massage as a present, I felt pressurised to sign up for a membership. I was informed that I would be able to cancel when I got home, but if I signed up upon being asked, I would get a free massage.
Subsequently, when I got home I rang to cancel the membership, they said I needed to have one massage first which I had paid for and then it would be cancelled after that. After days of back and forth they agreed to cancel the membership and refund me.
However two months later, I've found that I am still being charged for a membership at £70 a month which I have not used once.
The massage was nice, but being pushed to sign up for a membership that I was not comfortable with has left me feeling upset. The fact that they are still charging me for a service that I've never used is robbery!

My call was answered within three rings, good start to what I was hoping would be a straight forward and quick route to booking a massage. Chirag took my details, offered a simple but comprehensive range of massage appointments and I was booked in the very same afternoon. I arrived with a 20 minutes to spare thinking checking in would be lengthy but after a short questionnaire (and registering my car for free onsite parking - bonus!) the team in the front desk offered me a drink and the bathroom then I was in the treatment room! My therapist Connor was sensitive in spirit but strong in technical skills and delivered a world class massage. Very happy by this point and keen to rebook when the front desk team checked me out. The whole process was a breeze and I’m now thinking about joining the brilliant membership schemes they offer.

I had a massage at their Putney branch which was my first experience with The Massage Company. Was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the team from arrival at reception through to consultation, massage and leaving. Particular highlight was the actual massage which after a detailed consultation focused on the areas concerned with great technique supported by use of hot stones. Would strongly recommend trying them out

I had an amazing relaxing massage at The Massage Company in Camberley. The hot stones are lovely. Definitely recommended. The whole place is bright and welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful. Really great way to de-stress.

Great company and more importantly great massages! My wife and I have both had massages at the High Wycombe branch and can't recommend them highly enough. They are extremely professional, helpful and always aim to please. All the way from the booking process to the actual massage was smooth and well organised. They are obviously highly trained and are able to tailor the treatment according to specific needs. Will definitely be back.

Wow! Fantastic concept. Had an intro massage. Then I signed up to a monthly subscription. The highlight of my month. Wonderful experience. I use tbe Putney branch.

i have been using Mere Green branch for over a year and have a massage every month well worth the money my masseur Sergio is fantastic he gets rid of my aches and pains every time also very relaxing already looking forward to next month this is my time

I’ve been a member here since the early days. All masseurs are just excellent! The place is inviting, staff friendly and greet you well. Always enjoy my visit however painful 🤣

Best massage place ever, very friendly staff, professional and very knowledgeable . I have been going there for a few month, they have understood my needs from a massage and every time it feels amazing, a great improvement it the tension neck i have. I have tried all of their upgrades and they are all great, usually I go for the hot stones and aromatherapy. I totally recommend this place and Levi is a magician! Thank you, Iulia!

I was treated to a massage here by friends and am now a member. The staff are friendly, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. I have been three times now and I always have the 80 minute session, which flies by! I cannot recommend highly enough. I also have the Fantastic Foot massage, having suffered with sore/aching feet for a long time. Now, I have no problems in that area at all. Absolutely fantastic.... Carina is a massage magician!! Thankyou!

Excellent Deep Tissue Massage , powerful hands removed all the knots and aches , felt great.
After three days digging to remove a sloping bank of dirt full of builders rubble my back and shoulders were very knotted and aching. Claire R checked several times during the massage how much pressure I was happy with and did a brilliant job removing the knots . I came out feeling re- energised and relaxed . Looking forward to my next massage .

I would not recommend their subscription packages. It all sounds good when they sign you up but when you try to cancel, you will be left with unused massages that need to be used within 3 months. Between my partner and me, we have 13 unused massages. Last few cancellations were due to their uavailability. While in the past I had no issues, things changed and in last few months they have become self-centered instead of customer focused. They continue selling and promoting vouchers, but the service is going down. They are unable to cope with demand and long term customers pay the price. I cancelled my subscription.

Greatly disappointed how they treated me as a subscription member. Had several cancellations from their side. They were better before expansion. Good masseurs left. When they needed moving my appointment to accommodate extra appointments I was always accommodating their requests, but when they cancel my appointment then it is impossible for them to find appropriate replacement. I am cancelling my subscription after few years. I guess everything good comes to an end.
