Brilliant service and product
I contacted Masterclip in respect of suitable clippers to clip 2 nervous miniature shetlands and having read the spec in respect of the V series Premium variable speed clipper asked whether they would be suitable, they confirmed that they would and very helpfully changed the fine blade which came as standard to a medium blade without extra cost and they helped with the on line order to achieve the changes, the order arrived the next day and the clippers are excellent.

The best clipper that I've ever bought!
Arrived swifty and ready charged. Blade felt like a knife through butter on my show cocker's thick, curly fur. This cut is therfore much less stressful for the dog, as I'm an owner, not a professional groomer. I didnt need to repeat clipping on an area. The pack that I purchased included comb guides, which were missing. Customer services posted them out on the same day. Couldn't ask for a better product. I should have bought these first instead of a cheaper Amazon purchase
