A new life for my 8 year-old sofa
The new covers for my 8 year-old Norsborg sofa have given it a completely new life!
It's gone from dreary beige to gorgeous Tetron Cotton Green. Getting new covers (and legs) saved me around £1000 vs buying a new sofa. There's nothing wrong with the frame and cushion pads, so it didn't make sense to get rid of it.
I shopped around a lot and got SO MANY samples before deciding that the quality and colour of the fabric available from Masters of Covers was the right choice. The covers fit perfectly, were easier to fit than the original Ikea covers and seem to be very well made. They arrived well packaged and within the expected timeframe.
All-in-all I'm a happy customer and would recommend.

Master of covers claimed they won’t warrant the covers as they are in a room with windows.

As mentioned in our previous email correspondence, our team looked into your case thoroughly. The fading you described is consistent with UV exposure, which can occur when fabrics are placed in direct sunlight. Because environmental factors like window placement are outside of our control, our warranty typically does not cover sun damage.
However, we value your business and did not want to leave you without a solution. This is why we reached out via email to offer a resolution as a gesture of goodwill to help resolve the matter.
We are still happy to discuss that offer with you if you would like to revisit it. Please feel free to reply to our last email so we can help resolve this matter.

Covers look fantastic
I just received my Masters of Covers covers for our Uppland Loveseat, polyester green. I'm quite impressed with the fit. The fabric feels more solid than the original Ikea fabric. While waiting for the product to arrive, I was afraid the covers would look like some of the pictures of actual covers on the website, ill fitted (most of the models look great, but also AI generated); I think their models don't look nice because the sofa is not typical IKEA Uppland. Today we put the covers on and the sofa looks amazing, bringing life to an originally dull Uppland. I'm very happy with my purchase!
