Then they delivered my parcel and left it in an unsecured location and it got stolen. And Lindakale refused to reimburse me and didnt care. Like Oops too bad! Not our problem!

I purchased two slipcovers for my PB Charleston chair and a half and ottoman. The fabric is beautiful, the slipcovers well made and a perfect fit. I'll be shopping again when I'm ready to switch up my decor again.
I am writing a new review. I ordered 2 slip covers and when they came they were too too small. I wrote to customer service and they replied right away. They took my information, asked for pictures and measurements and within 2 weeks I had my slip covers. I am very pleased with the quick response and fix of the problem. I will order again. Thank you

Never charged me more for order like 20 samples and my 4 covers are amazing quality and reasonable cost. Some web sites sell the same thing for literally 800. Anyways. Amazing and I will order again. After placing my order I checked reviews, I am so glad I didn’t read the reviews first. Just got my sofa cover for my pottery barn grand sofa. It fits, it’s a little on the loose side, but would much rather have it loose than too small. I will definitely order again. Price is very much worth it. Took about a month to get but that’s understandable since it comes from China. I reached out a couple times to check order status and the replied by the next day. I am very happy 😃
I am happy with these slipcovers. The fabric is just like the original cover, and they fits my PB Comfort roll arm furniture perfectly.
This is my second order from LindaKale and again, they didn’t disappoint. The quality of their slipcover is excellent, and they arrived earlier than I expect. Shipping was fast and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for unique covers.
I had such a great experience ordering. The customer service was so friendly and helpful. I was uncertain about the fabric selection and they made me feel comfortable. The end product is beautiful - incredible soft fabric, rich color and fit is also perfect. I have already recommended them to two friends. Thank you for making my living room looks so much better.
I received the replacement cover and it had blood on it I immediately emailed them and they completely gave me a runaround and never replaced it. So disgusted and disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

Quality of product very poor - faded dramatically in normal room sunlight. If you have a return - very difficult and expensive (ship to China). Bad - do not use them.

Do not buy from there. We were gifted a cover from my father who wanted to get us a good gift for me and my partner for Christmas. Since we were away for a little bit, we only got to put the cover on mid January (they have a 30 days return policy with return fees to be paid from the sender). When we've put on the cover on the couch not only it ripped but the cover was too short. We email them they said that we could send it back if we were not happy but I disputed that since the cost of sending it back to China was the cost of the actual cover! I am not about to pay $300 CAD because your product was poorly made. I've been doing some back and forth with them through email for a month and they have been MIA for 3week now even thought I have been following up. I feel bad for my dad who litteraly waisted $300 of his hardly hearned money. wave your money and do NOT buy from there please
Linda Kale is a...how do I put it.....not a complete fraud. But a dishonest company misrepresenting themselves to appeal to US customers and pump out cheaply made or imprecisely made Chinese knockoffs. Some of their fabrics can be quality, but turning those fabrics into a workable product has yet to become an exact science for Mrs. Kale....Upon further review- The company is based in China. There is no "Linda" as described in the "our story" section. Despite their claim to be comprised of a workforce of former fortune 500 managers, spelling and syntax errors are commonplace and everywhere. In regards to their product, they do their best, with profit and speed taking priority (not speed of delivery or client care, but in closing out each paying customer as fast as possible in order to get to the next..). They claim to custom make a large amount of mass produced furniture companies covers. In regards to my experience. The covers are guesstimated and pumped out in a quality that is to be expected from such an operation. Should have known, as the care taken in the website's development screams trustpilot alert. And the fact that they spend more time here quibbling with other unhappy customers in an argumentative fashion is not a company that you want to trust. Sure, the covers are cheaper than the overpriced covers that come with more established companies like bemz, etc. But 1 cover you save a bunch of money on that doesnt fit doesn't get you anywhere, at least it didnt for me. I am just disappointed I didnt do the research until after finding this out, and reading others experiences here.

I ordered what they advertised to be a standard slipcover they sell for a very popular model sofa from a major US retailer (PB). After a few weeks, the slipcover arrived and it did not fit at all; it was several inches too big all the way around on the cushion covers, and in the width of the sofa. While the rest of the cover was too big, the part of the frame cover was too short in the depth of the arms by about two inches. Their very nice (at the time) customer service person said they would replace it with a properly fitting slipcover and there was no need for me to return the first cover they'd sent...Which is good, as it does say on their website that the returns are to China, and everyone should be aware before buying that shipping to China is very expensive. The second cover arrived another few weeks later and still does not fit...The cushion covers from the second attempt fit fine, and the width of the cover for the frame was better; but the arms depth was still two inches too short and won't go over the arms properly, and the seams started to split as soon as I tried to pull it over... So, rather than undergo this process for a third time, and wait another several weeks; I asked for refund...The previously very nice customer service person started saying they will not give a refund because it's been more than 30 days since my original order. I had to argue back that it has been less than 30 days since I received the second cover; so I should be entitled to a refund as it's still not right. I think this problem might have been that the person looking at my refund request maybe didn't have access to the fact they had actually sent me a second cover. It also seems that they do not often get tracking information all the way through, so they don't sometimes know if and when something they have shipped has actually been delivered to the customer. I've now had to pay for return shipping back to China (about $85 for both covers) even though I am not sending these back out of choice, but because they don't fit. I'll update this review if and when I actually receive my refund. Before ordering, I recommend checking return shipping costs for approximately 3-4 kilos from wherever you are to China, as it can be expensive even when they make a mistake. (Per below, the second cover was not made according to my measurements, and given what I ordered is listed as a "standard cover", I should not have to provide measurements and photos in the first place. (I originally suggested you check for about 2.5-3 kilos...) Total weight my for 2 covers was between 7 and 8 kilos; but this sofa is very large compared to most and the fabric I chose was velvet which is often heavier than other types).

I should have done this two years ago. This company does not honor their word or customer wishes. I ordered a faux leather cover for my IKEA Freheiten couch and picked a beautiful modeled wine color. Took a while to get to me but when it arrived is was bright red..they said that was allowable..nowhere near the swatch I picked..then I was never able to get the cover to stay on and fit..only part of it will stay on. They would not replace color because they considered bright red acceptable. Said they would remake it but at my expense. So I've been living with a half black(original cover) and half bright red couch...One of the worst experiences I've had..out almost $300.00...
Lindakale responded to me...Like I said the order was like two years ago but I was unable to put in the review date, that far back..Yes I ordered from you and am out alot of money..I want future customers to see that they turned around and called me a liar..trying to say I didn't order from them and put the blame on me. I Know the color I ordered and swatch code they had matching the color they claimed they would send but they didn't honor their word. When reviewing I am unable to enter a date more than one year ago.
Also, I don't like to be called a liar...I ordered this Wine faux leather freheiten cover for my IKEA couch on 7/20/23...I looked up the date this morning. I was charged $279.30. My name is not melodybluesky..that's my email handle..my name is Theresa

Why can’t you give a zero?
Confirmed they could make the PB cover, ordered swatches and ordered. Waited months got the first one and didn’t fit AT ALL. Emailed immediately- they said they made the wrong one. Sent another. And that DOES NOT FIT AT ALL. Sent pics. They said it was right. It is not. No where near.
IT IS A SCAM. It’s July and I am without a slip cover and without $259. Started process in November 2023.
Working with my credit card company now.
This was the best decision I have made in years, bought an Ektorp 3 seater sofa from Ikea, found a lovely pattern, 6 weeks later the cover arrived, wonderful quality, beautifully stitched, will be ordering a second in a different colour/same pattern - can't praise the company any higher - would recommend everyone who is fussy to order from this company - friendly and helpful staff to top the experience!!!
Ordered and paid for fabric samples well over a month ago still haven't received them if it's going to take you over a month for some measly samples I can't imagine how long I'll have to wait for the product itself. Likely just another scam company don't bother there are so many others like ComfortWorks that you can go to instead.

I received an ottoman cover that was misshaped. I sent photos. They agreed it was poor quality and said they would replace. I followed up over a month later and they said they had changed their mind. The issue was I didn’t know how to put the slipcover on. Horrible customer service and very shoddy workmanship. A waste of money.
