I ordered an ektorp chaise lounge cover from them and I have very mixed feelings about what I recieved. First off, they need to be more transparent about the potential for taxes and duties upon delivery. You need to factor in that additional cost and when you do, the cover might not be as reasonably priced as you had thought. Also, I ordered a grey cover and what I received was a purple cover with a grey undertone but make no mistake...it's purple! I don't mind it, but it's for my husband's office and he's not impressed 😂 the quality of the stitching is great. The product itself fits great. That said, depending on where you are, it might just be better and cheaper to go to find a local independent tailor/seamstress who can make it instead. That way you can ensure the color and fabric are what you actually want. They do state the color may look different than what you get in person but....I mean....grey is not purple
My couch cover was absolutely beautiful. The quality of the fabric, the fit, the sticking, the customer service, all of it was fantastic. I love my cover and would definitely recommend this company.
This is the most horrendous company I’ve ever had to deal with! I sent the the money for couch covers, 2 months go by and they say they will do their best to make them, another month goes by they email telling me they need the measurements! What?! How do you lose a critical piece of information to do your job! I sent them the thread of the sizes and photos, so after 3 months of Linda, herself not doing her job, they refunded me! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE OVERSEAS IN CHINA, SO YOU ARE SCREWED IF YOU GET THEM AND THEY DO NOT FIT!!!

This company sent me faulty covers then refused to refund. I would never use them again. Etsy did nothing to help.
EDIT: I have filed a claim with the shipping service and going to give the seller a chance to do the right thing once the claim is approved.
Not the greatest customer service, they didnt secure my package and now it is conveniently marked as delivered. I'm out of both the package and customs fees. Hoping to recover my money via paypal or my bank.

China Got Grandma! My wife ordered $210 coach covers that cost $200 to return. Do the math.
My wife, not tech-savvy, made three mistakes. #1 She, likely, ordered the wrong size/covers. #2. She bought them from China, and the return was as much as they cost. #3. The company has no desire to help her get her money back unless she returns them.

Update answer to below: It’s true, you are not Santa, and it’s true we were shocked to learn the return fees are almost as great as the cost of the product. The solution, for all Americans, is to not buy from China unless through Amazon. If you can’t incorporate a return into your product than don’t sell it in countries were you cannot afford to do so.
Your site had no warning. “American, beware! You will NOT be able to afford the return fees if you order the wrong size.”
I provide my services in the US, because I am unable to service Chinese customers from so far away. If I could I would, but I cannot. I would certainly get bad reviews even if I were Santa.

I had an amazing experience with Linda Kale and highly recommend them. We ordered fabric swatches to make sure that the color and fabric was what we were looking for. The dark grey velvet is wonderful, so soft and high quality. Surprisingly easy to wipe as well if something gets on it. The stitching is perfectly done and our Tylosand Sofa Bed looks like new again. There was a small discrepancy with the cover of the wood panel, so I did communicate that to customer service in a nice way. They are professional and kind, always responded and went out of their way to help. I wish I could attach a picture here to show how perfectly the sofa cover fits. You can go on the Linda Kale website and look for Tylosand Sofa Bed, the one with orange round pillows is ours. It's gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with this company. I will order from them again in the future.

They call me rude and "blocked" me from ever buying from them again?! Why? Because as soon as I got the cover and put it on, we immediately realized it didn't fit. I told "customer service" that it didn't fit and the reply back wasn't an appology or "how can we make it better?" NOPE. I was immediately told I was wrong. The cover "fits exactly as it should". Below they will tell you it fits perfectly as is shown in my photos. That is a lie. My photos clearly show gapping, wrinkling, to small covers et al. I am shocked that this companies response to a customer complaint is to attack the customer. Now on to the interesting information.....LindaKale, the more research I do on your company and your "amazing tailor who use to work for the famous shops" the more I am discovering the truth. I wish I had done all this research before I purchased from this scam of a company. That's my failure abd lesson learned. Please do some research beyond reviews on this company.....I think you might just be suprised by what you discover. This is a serious buyer beware situation. This RN is more than happy to be blocked by "LindaKale" and hope no one else has to find themselves entangled with them.
I would gladly give this company negative stars if I could! BUYER BEWARE! They will most likely leave a defensive, "It's not our fault, it's your fault Mrs. Customer" response on here, but look at that!!! What kind of company sales faulty, poor quality products and then tells the customers, they are wrong!? I ordered a Karlstad sofa cover from LindaKale. Paid nearly $300 and waited for it. Got it here in a big, dirty, plastic bag from overseas. It doesn't fit my couch. It's too small in some areas and too big in others and the quality of the sewing and fabric are cheap and crappy. When I sent photos and complained about the too small cushion covers and too large velcro seams, I was told "It fits right, you are doing something wrong." These people are terrible at customer service, their product is subpar at best and once they have your money, you no longer matter. I will NEVER buy a thing from this scam of a company again.

The ektorp footstool cover I bought hasn't even lasted 4 months before wearing through.
The company is not interested once they have your money. They have refused to send a replacement cover and offered 20% off another! Why would I buy another when the original is faulty????
I spent nearly £400 in total!

EDIT: Etsy say as its more than 3 months since purchase I have to go through YOU. Lesson learnt...I will never make large purchases from Etsy again.
EDIT: My husband and I have found the issue...on the original ikea cover the zips are only on 2 sides. Your cover has the zips on 3 sides...and it is the placement of this zip on your design that is causing the damage to the cover.

It took longer than expected to receive my chaise cover. It was in the worst packaging you could imagine. It was rolled up with what appeared to be a whole roll of tape completely covering the whole package. I ordered the cotton fabric and I ironed for probably two hours. When I finally put it on the chair, I was pleasantly surprised. Except for a few wrinkles that are probably going to have to fall out on their own, it fits and looks great. My experience was mostly positive and I’m going to order another one in a different color.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an Uppland IKEA slipcover. They sent one that didn't fit and was way too small. Obviously I was the first one they had ever made. They stated they would send a new base cover since the cushions did fit. Send a replacement and it's a different color and fabric than original. They refused to acknowledge the difference and told me I wanted a refund because I didn't like the color which obviously wasn't the case. Now I have two different fabrics and no use for it. All they offering was a refund if I wanted to send back to China. Shipping to China is $300 and defeats the purpose. I would never order from these crooks again!
* They obviously have never made an Uppland cover since it's not on their Etsy store and it was incredibly small. If they had the original they would have seen the substantial size difference. They keep saying if you don't like send it back. I like the color of both fabrics, just not two different ones. Maybe stop scamming people when you are clearly in error. I hope you get shut down from selling in the US. Crooks!

I ordered a Karlstad sofa cover a few months ago, it came in the time stated and looked exactly like the cotton slipcover that Ikea used to sell. When I washed it, the sofa cover and cushion overs shrank, to the point that I could not get it back on the sofa. After contacting Linda Kale, and much back and forth for two weeks, they offered a new, exactly the same replacement cover, which I pointed out would likely just shrink again, or a 50% refund. Bad company, bad product, and does not honor the 2 year warranty. EDIT: STILL waiting on refund!! Does not honor their warranty and fabric shrinks- do NOT buy from them. UPDATE- after probably 20 back and forth e-mails, Linda Kale said they would give me a 50% refund. Then they randomly shipped me another slipcover, which I did not want as the first one shrank. The new slipcover was the wrong length, so they said send everything back for a refund, which is not possible- to ship it back to China, the costs would be what I paid for the slipcover. Now no response. The amount of nonsense and gaslighting is just amazing. DO NOT deal with this company- NO customer service and they do not honor their warranty! AWFUL and a waste of money.

This company sent me a package in error. It was an international package so there were import charges. I did not order anything- notified them, they said they would take care of it.
Another 2 months go by and I receive a letter from a COLLECTIONS AGENCY for the duty charge!!!! I'm furious!!!! The only way to reach them is through email and they're slow to respond.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made, the cover is loose and doesn't fit on the couch. The color has nothing to do with the pictures. There are plenty of marks on the fabric. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY : the fabric is too loose on one side, too tight on the other side, and given that "LINDAKALE" #CHINA has not taken care of providing a way to tuck the cover into the couch well.... as soon as you sit down on the couch, the fabric will simply move and look like -> Lindakale! If you want to loose money, loose your time with customer support who doesn't give a penny about their customers, well please do purchase at LindaKale

The fabrics are EXTREMELY high quality, don’t let their excellent pricing fool you. Customer service is fantastic. Shipping to the US, even during the 2020 COVID-19 quarantine, was remarkably fast. High quality stitching, and everything I ordered is BEAUTIFUL. One cover was mistakenly made in the wrong fabric, and they had a return shipping label to me the next business day, with an offer to make it right no charge.
