I recently ordered a slipcover for my PB comfort sectional through Linda Kale. It was delivered within the expected timeframe and the color and fabric was somewhat as expected. (The "gray brown" has a strong pink undertone.) However, when I put it on my sofa I realized that it was a complete disaster. It fit poorly or not at all, either too tight or too loose. There were major sewing defects that didn't allow the base slipcover to fit on two parts of the sectional. I also did not receive three of the five back cushions as I ordered them despite confirming the specifications of the order with Linda Kale customer services. In fact, it seems as though the back cushions they sent are actually seat cushions. They aren't the correct shape or size to be back cushions.
I promptly contacted them to inform them about the problems. They responded requesting photos which I sent three separate times including video. After some back and forth, customer service said we'll send you replacements "as soon as we can" with no expected delivery date.
I have very little confidence in Linda Kale and do not recommend ordering from them.

I purchased covers for my sofa and chair, and they did a beautiful job. I have had these covers for 2 years now, they fit, wash nicely, and very well made. Will definitely be ordering more.
I consider myself lucky, as making a decision for finala leather covers in early October was too difficult just looking at the pictures so samples were ordered. After a couple of weeks with no pieces arriving it was concerning so lindakale was contacted. Lindakale apologized and said they would be sent out. A couple weeks after the second encounter they were contacted again. Lindakale apologized and said they would send them out. The site claimed a 6 week lead time we wanted a full set of covers for Christmas but now will be going to ikea for standard covers. Thank you for nothing lindakale. Also where is my refund?

I ordered an ottoman cover first to make sure I liked the color/fabric/durability. It was lovely, and seemed to hold up well so a month later I ordered covers for my sofa in the same color.
When they arrived the color was very noticeably different. I contacted Lindakale and sent them a photo showing the color difference. They requested more photos in a different light, which I provided.
Their solution was to send me an ottoman cover from the same lot of fabric as the sofa cover, so in theory should match. I didn’t like the color of the sofa covers as well as the original ottoman cover but hey, they were doing what they could.
Here’s where the big problem starts. They sent the new ottoman cover to my old address, instead of to the address they sent my sofa covers to. I no longer live there so they were returned to sender. Lindakale then proceeded to tell me they did everything right and it’s my fault they sent them to the wrong address. They refuse to fix the issue. When I asked them to admit they wouldn’t fix the error they insisted there was no error and they had done everything they could. A simple admission of their mistake and a sincere apology would have gone a long way, even if they didn’t fix their mistake.

I ordered Samples on October 26th and it is now Nov 8 and they keep bouncing around between one USPS partner facility to another in Jamacia New York. I if this the ridiculousness if getting samples I will find somewhere else to order from.
I purchased a loveseat cover, as you can see in photo. Did not mention only fits an ikea loveseat. I made the mistake not reading all through the return policy to the very end last line where they indicated the location china. I paid 175.00 and to return FedEx is 177.00 it was a gift to my daughter. Very,very 😡.

We ordered and recieved two chair covers that were bright orange- not burnt orange. When we tried to return, they didn't allow since we were a few days beyond the 30 days. When I tried a second time, they never replied. These are expensive covers. I do not recommend buying from this company- Linda Kale. (Note: My noted date of experience is approximate.)

I have been waiting YEARS now for Linda Kale to stand behind their product. My first slipcover (PB Charleston) was a poor fit…the replacement they sent wasn’t even designed for my sofa. They then requested additional measurements (which I sent) and now claim they mailed me a third cover and the purported delivery date was way prior to the date I sent them the requested measurements. I asked for delivery verification. Nothing from them.
I have emailed them repeatedly and gotten no answer.
And now they have blocked me (and other buyers I am finding out) from Instagram because I left a comment asking them to make this right?
They need to stand behind their products.
What a horrid experience.

After leaving this review and emailing Linda Kale, once again, I received a reply back asking for sofa measurements. I had sent these same requested measurements before and never hear anything back from them (other than them claiming I was sent a third replacement cover PRIOR to their request for measurements). I am hoping that this time they will make things right.

We ordered an Ikea Friheten cover replacement. The quality of the Friheten cover fabric is very nice and beautiful however there were no instructions included in the package so it's a struggle to install without it.

Purchased replacement slipcovers for IKEA barstools.
They didn't fit. My bad for not being careful to measure correctly. I tried to return, poor communication from seller. I finally got a return address and shipped back to China for half the cost of the covers in the first place. Followed up several times with no communication back. Just recieved the covers back after several months. No response.
If you order these you better make they fit and you like them!

Lindakale saved my loveseat! I bought this sofa because of the fact you could change covers and then just after purchase Ikea discontinued it. I decided to try Lindakale. I ordered a brown velvet cover. It did take 3-4 weeks as stated on the website. I checked with the company, via email, the status at 3 1/2 weeks into it. The response from the company was pleasant and immediate. They informed me it would ship within the next 2 days. The order did ship within that time frame, and I received my cover within 5 business days.
The material is good quality and beautiful. It has been on my sofa for 6 months and holding up wonderfully. The sofa is used constantly and gets vacuumed once a week.
I give 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for customer service.

Order #22773 I did order a custom measured couch cover and cushions back on March 18 and by April 10 I hadn't heard from the company. I reached out to them and turns out they tried to send me an email with the measurements they needed but the email failed to send to me. So I sent them back the measurements they needed, they have been pretty good with getting back to me. I'm just hoping to get the couch covers soon!
Update :
I just received the couch cover and I can %100 recommend LindaKale! The work was wonderful and things were labeled which was very helpful! My couch looks like a brand new couch!

Covers were received in the US on 4/7 but UPS showed no activity for 2 weeks. They were sent to me ONLY after I contacted the company and complained. They arrive in a taped up ball and are VERY POORLY made. They don't fit correctly.

I ordered slip covers for 3 pieces of Ikea furniture (a Chair, ottamon and a sofa). I received exactly what I ordered without issue. Yes, it comes from China. It even tells you during your order that it will take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. The items were expertly packed and of high quality heavy cotton, as promised. Even fit better than Ikea's heavy cotton slipcovers.
Their choices of fabric and colors is why I choose this site.
I am writing this review because I have read many of the BS reviews on here. People trashing the company and making false claims merely because it's in China. I am a vet and respect every small business owner, no matter where they live.
I wish there was a way to post pictures. Thank you LindaKale. The wine red (burgundy) fabric looks awesome!

I titled this "Part 1" because I am still in the process of working through some issues on my order, and I am hoping LindaKale will come through and make the issues right.
Yes, the package took a while, but I understood that. Yes, it comes from China - but I work with China manufacturers often and it DOES disclose that. Yes, it's a fair deal considering shipping is included - but IKEA & Comfort Works are comparable in price and quicker, they just have less options. Yes, they were as advertised and I had no issues with the color, fabric, seams, zippers, etc. The quality of the sewing was exceptional and my Mother was a professional seamstress.
No, I was not impressed by some of the workman ship. If these issues are addressed and made right, this would be an excellent purchase! Unlike cheap looking slipcovers - these look like a the sectional was bought this way, they are THAT fitted.
1. If you purchase a pattern/plaid all pieces should line up and especially if there are lines in the print. If you have a white line across the top/front of one arm, the pattern should be the same on the other arm.
2. These covers are TIGHT! Which is a great thing. Out of 10 pieces all but four lined up - but the most important pieces - seat cushions & arm covers on loveseat did not. It looks wonky and when you pick them up (underneath the cushions) you can see the material was not even close to being lined up.
3. My sectional, a Finnala has bolts for the arms, IKEA has "seamed holes" for those. These did not which resulted in me having to pierce them in those places.
4. If a slip cover is tight, for me that is a good thing - but it should not be so tight as to "distort" the pattern. My husband + rubber gloves + steam + 3 hours were required! My arm covers are distorted looking at the bottom because the covers are stretched beyond their limits and barely holding on to velcro.
5. I think their patterns for these slipcovers/arm covers need to be reworked. Besides being super tight, and missing seamed holes, the material short of the velcro on both sofa arms meaning there is a section that is suppose to meet - that is off by 5". You can't see it, when assembled - but we will see what that means with wear.
Conclusion of Part I. If the arm covers and seat cushions lined up and fit correctly, with the finished holes and room to secure the cover without distorting the lines - I would be extremely satisfied.
I will update this review after I hear back from LindaKale and the situation is resolved. They did respond to my complaints very PROMPTLY and politely and I am awaiting their response (4 days).

Updated: As promised this company did send me replacement covers for the arms and they were correct. IN addition she send me two custom covers that were lined up correctly to replace the ones I had. I have since placed another order and the products were excellent.
My conclusion is this: Order being aware that IF you order a plaid/check/pattern - it might not line up correctly. Certain Ikea furniture requires very tight covers in order to look correctly - be prepared to fight to get them on! Use steam, gloves and be patient - the result is a very custom slip cover. I would purchase from them again, the quality of work is superb!
LindaKale is a company out of China posing to be an American company. I waited 9 weeks for a slipcover only to receive one that had spots and discoloration in the fabric. Buyer beware!!!

Completely satisfied with the product. Covers for my IKEA Stockholm zofa fit perfectly (eventhought they don't sell them in IKEA). Was worried about the colour and material (velvet) but it turns out perfectly as well. Would suggest checking the colours in various devices (screen savings might vary and you might not get the colour you want) or ordering samples (i was too excited to get the covers and couldn't wait samples to arrive). The package was bit delayed, but totally reasonable since it was over New year's. I can read in the reviews that some customers were unhappy with the package, but in reality it is finally a product that doesn't have extensive and unneeded packaging. It was small and comapct package, have arrived unharmed. We had some issues with taxes, but customer services were very responsive, and they refunded the taxes in less than a week.
And the price ... Super affordable. I was thinking of doing it on my own, before I found lindakale, but I would oay more only for materials.
And, as a suprise, they even added slip for remote controller.
Highly recommended overall!

I was terribly disappointed by the fit on the seat cover. I was constantly slipping off. I wrote asking for advice and the suggested attaching Velcro, then explained in another email that there should be a small elastic tie to secure. I emailed explaining there were no ties and never heard back. Needless to say I’m terribly disappointed. To be fair, the material was a great quality and it was delivered as promised, but I’m out three hundred dollars in a product I’ll never be able to use.
