Customer service is always excellent. Prompt responses, very friendly and very helpful. This is the second covers we’ve ordered for our ikea couch and we absolutely love them. Highly recommend, save us from buying a new couch, we can just alternate our sofa covers.

Easy ordering, perfect fit
Easy ordering. Clear guide to measuring sofa to ensure correct fit. Order delivered on time, well packed. Cover was a super fit. The velvet covers I received were as described, soft, perfect fit, easy to wipe clean, and have so far resisted the dogs, all for a reasonable price. I will order again.

Thoughts
100% Cotton cover was very good quality (better texture) than the stock IKEA one I had. Delivery was inline with expectations and no complaints about the price as custom covers can be expensive but I believe this to be even better than competitive.
Would definitely get another one.

Good fabric too big for chairs
The ability to get fabric samples was very helpful in choosing right color, style. Even after measuring all of the places required, covers were still too big. A virtual measurement process may have helped.

Franchement, bravo. J'ai pris la housse de canapé FRIHETEN, le tissu est de bonne qualité, il y a de chouettes finitions, et regarder la vidéo tutoriel d'installation à été une expérience agréable, avec de petites touches d'humour. Le temps de livraison est un peu long mais ça vaut le coup !

Die Bezüge sind wunderschön und passen genau. Damit habe ich nicht gerechnet! Bin total begeistert. Der Premium Samt ist weich und trotzdem strapazierfähig. Werde noch Bezug für den Hocker bestellen und weiße ,sommerliche für die warme Zeit.

Replacement ikea stocksund sofa covers
I am really happy with my purchase, initially I got some samples to feel and confirm colours. I then purchased 1 sofa cover to see what the quality was like, once satisfied I went on to purchase a second one and some cushion covers in the same fabric. I have a very busy household with two large dogs and a cat and I'm happy to say the product is holding up well. I haven't wash them yet, but if they wash well, I will purchase another colour. So far I would give them 5 stars and highly recommend.

I was sent no information about shipping until it just appeared at my house. I purchased the chaise add-on cover for the karlstad sofa, but it does not fit around the body of the chaise with the piece you sit on.

Regarding the fit of your sofa cover, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Our return policy allows 2 weeks from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you’re not satisfied with your product. We did not receive any email or inquiry from you within that timeframe or in general regards to your dissatisfaction and want of a return.

I ordered the cotton but find it too much like canvas rather than cotton. I now wished I ordered the linen covers but cannot afford now.. En masse the cotton is very stiff even after laundering..

My couch looks so new!
I was so nervous about ordering these slip covers, but the fit was precisely perfect. The color was also very beautiful and my couch looks brand new! My IKEA couch was about eight years old and I was about to throw the whole couch away, but these slip covers gave it a brand new life. I was very pleased with my purchase and I would definitely order more slip covers from them in the future.
