As a motor trade employee, at Motoden, I know how difficult claims can get; Mcams sorted a loan bike for me straight away and a replacement helmet. My bike claim was dealt with very quickly,my personal injury and clothing was longer, with some tenacious pursuit of the third party insurer by mcams legal team, it was paid in the end.

Why should you have to wait ages for an insurance company to be arsed to sort your claim you go at the bottom of a big pile and just have to wait
