2015 was the first year P&H Motorcycles have been working with McAms. To date I haven't received any negative feedback from any of our customers or internal accounts departments alike. They take the hassle away from both the customer and the dealership to ensure all is dealt with efficiently and effectively. Lawrence is a top rep. He is always available should you need him. I foresee many years of ourselves working alongside McAms to continue to produce an efficient, professional service for our customers.

Speed Demon Motorcycles have been dealing with MCAMS now for 6-months + have been thoroughly impressed with both Simon Vernon 'Area-Rep' and the office-staff based in Skelmersdale.

We have now used the service on several occasions and found the customer service excellent and our customers are very impressed with the way their claim was dealt with.

We have been with McAMS now for over a year and recently had a visit from the new area manager Marco Oliveira, until then we were a bit unsure how the service worked for both dealer and our customers.

It wasn't long then after it was all explained, we got set up we had our first customer with a case. Luckily it went through as the customer had only purchased his new bike and took delivery on the 1st of March, and only had it for 10 days before the incident!

The customer service really is second to none! Courtesy bike the next day, damaged clothing replaced, all the stress removed from the process, keeping both customer and dealer informed and he got his bike repaired at the end.

Payment wise, no need to worry as the whole process is totally professional and very simple to get to grips with when you get going.

The whole McAMS service and support from Marco is essential within the industry, defending our customer’s rights and supporting dealers.

I've been using McAMS ever since the area manager, Marco came to visit me late last year. After he'd explained how the service works, it didn't take me long to get on with it and see the benefits to my business and to my clients!

The service is totally customer focused and and the support they offer my customers is second to none....replacement helmet, like for like engine size bike within 24 hours and proper packaging of the whole case to ensure the customer is supported all the way.

Payment to the dealer is also very quick with no hassles at all and 100% of my invoices paid for jobs where I recommend McAMS.

The support and advice offered by my area manager, Marco is second to none too and he visits regularly providing me with all the point of sale I need with excellent communication, always doing what he says he will.

An excellent and highly recommended service. Anyone would be mad to let accident jobs go to the insurer!!

We have been aware of McAMS for several years but where resilient to deal with them as have had so many bad experiances with dealing with insurance companies previously i.e. late payment and not very helpful towards our customers. Having take the step and decided to deal direct with McAMS we are amazed at how easy they make it from original customer contact through to invoice payment. Our local rep Marco Oliveira visits regularly and is very helpful with any problems/issues/questions we have.
We now sign all our customers up with them, and its even helped with bike sales as an added extra.
We have no hesitation in dealing with them and would highly recommend the service they offer for both business and personal use(the like for like hire bike makes it so easy for the customer)

We have used McAms for well over 12 month and it has made such a huge difference to our business. The reps are very helpful and the service provided both to us and to the retail customer exceeds expectations.

I have known about McAMS for some time but only got involved late last year. I have to say I have been extremely impressed by both the staff and the service they offer. Our experience of working with them has been first class and they have certainly looked after our customers extremely well. As with most things theses days, I was sceptical of Mcams when I first heard about the company. However I have seen first hand what an incredibly valuable service they offer motorcyclists in their most vulnerable of times. Mcams put the customer before everything else and fight tooth and nail to reclaim losses rightly owed to them after a collision on the road. From a dealers perspective, I couldn’t be happier, my rep Marco Oliveira is extremely supportive and will often pop in when in the area to touch base and inform me of any company policy changes. I myself have taken out a policy with Mcams, they are the real deal!

Insurance companies are a headache to deal with, from dragging their heels with authorisations, taking customers bikes away for repair against their wishes and taking months to pay, and a reduced rate at that. Dealing with McAms removes all the hassle. Customers bikes get repaired where they want, the customer gets all the support they need including a hire bike, authorisation to repair is much quicker, and payment is within days not months! Marco is always on hand to help out and makes sure we are always stocked up with the latest pos and info. Its a win win for the customer and the dealer.

Having carried out several jobs for our customers using the assistance of mc cams we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Our customers have received fast & friendly service to progress forward after an accident.
